Very Spacious, Great location. Castle and Sea view, hotel in Marazion

Very Spacious, Great location. Castle and Sea view offers accommodations in Marazion, 1.1 miles from Marazion Beach and 1.3 miles from Perranuthnoe Beach.

The property is very close to St Michael’s Mount. The vacation home is comfortable and we all felt at home during our stay. We love the view as we could see St Michael’s Mount from the balcony. The host provided detailed check in information well in advance which was very helpful. I am very impressed by the quick response from host when we couldn’t locate the tv remote control.

Small, pretty town, with plenty of craft shops, galleries and places to eat and drink. Friendly residents. Lovely gifts to be found in Morva, good food to be had in the Cutty Sark restaurant. The bar in the Godolphin Hotel is a good spot for a drink with a view. A wander around the town is worth it, as is a visit to the craft fair, which is on in All Saints Church Hall on Mondays and Tuesdays. The local shop is good for essentials like milk and tea, but self-catering visitors might need to head farther afield for a 'big shop'.

Marazion is a nice, pretty, seaside town that doesn't feel overly touristic; nice pubs, other places to eat, a few galleries, interesting museum and, of course, St Michael's Mount to photograph from all angles! Parking is restricted but the town is quite well served by local bus services. Main deficiencies are that it currently lacks a Post Office or ATM if you need cash or more than just a postage stamp.

Marazion and the surrounding area was fantastic.

Marazion and the surrounding area was fantastic. There were quite a few problems with the accomodation though while we were there, including electrical issues which meant no tv and no wifi, damp in the lounge area and windows in the lounge that let rainwater in. Also the host stopped replying to my emails which we thought rather rude.

This property was a fantastic for a one night stopover in Marazion. Such a great location, a nice easy walk to restaurants, cafes and the walk to St Michael’s Mount. The place itself was so clean and new. It had everything we needed and the fold out sofa was perfect for the kids. All communication with the owner was great. She was quick to respond and really helpful. Highly recommend.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and the accommodation exceeded our expectations. Very good location a few minutes drive from Marazion and to the train station at St Erth from where we caught the train to St Ives. We only booked for one night wish it had been more.
