Overlooking St Michael's Mount, The Godolphin Arms in Marazion offers high-quality rooms on the beautiful west Cornwall coast. Fantastic, clean but small room room on the shore. Saint Michael's Mount was across the bay. Excellent breakfast. We saw the Lord of the castle across the bay trudging in a suit across the beach to and from work everyday unnoticed by the tourists.
The Marazion Hotel offers a restaurant, bar and stylish rooms, some with views of the sea towards St Michael's Mount. This hotel is moments away from shops, a pub and a Cornish tea room. Wonderful room with a perfect view of the St Michael’s Mount. Very friendly staff and excellent all round.

St Michael’s Mount is the main attraction and is definitely worth the visit but the town also is a great place to relax, enjoy good food, quiet walks, chat with friendly residents. Marazion is also a great Headquarters for exploring other parts of Cornwall
Marazion is quieter than expected. St. Michaels Mount is very beautiful and mysterious. Everyone in Marazion was very friendly. It's a perfect base from which to explore cornwall due to its close proximity to the A30.
Marazion is beautiful, if you haven't been you really must visit. Views are stunning and the town is really lovely. Sit out on the prom and look over to the mount, watch the windsurfers and paddle boarders it's so entertaining. It's easy to walk around and there are plenty of places to eat.
We stayed in a lovely B&B, with parking for our rental car. Everything in town, including the amazing St. Michael's Mount, was within walking distance. There was a tasty Pasty shop, and our favorite restaurant/pub - The King's Arms. Food and staff were amazing, but make sure you make a reservation for dinner (it's small and fills up fast) Walking along the beach was so relaxing since there weren't tons and tons of people everywhere. It was occasionally nerve racking not being used to driving in the country as the roads can be quite small, and steep - but we did okay once we got used to it.
St Michaels Mount was brilliant it's definitely worth the £9 entrance fee to the castle. The beaches are also lovely and clean, and we had a picnic. Parking is well organised and reasonable at £3.50 for the day. Small village with lots of pubs and places to eat. We ate at the Godolphin Arms which was reasonably priced and has amazing views the mount.
Marazion is well placed, not far Penzance, St Ives and our favourite places Kynance Cove on the lizard and Mousehole and Porthcurno in the opposite direction near Land's End. Marazion itself has the causeway across to St Micheals Mount, or if tide in by boat, lovely beaches and is a nice place just to relax on its own.

A fabulous and very enjoyable two night stay. We enjoyed dinner in the hotel both nights. The communication and responses from the hotel were first class. The offer of an upgrade to our room was a much appreciated surprise. The attention to my wife’s vegetarian preferences and needs was excellent. The lovely fluffy bathroom towels. The enchanting view of St Michael’s Mount from our bedroom.
