Great Breakfast choices ; lots of variety and it arrived promptly. Location was great for our friends to meet us. Quiet and peaceful area with beautiful gardens and flowers. Staff very pleasant and accommodating.

Breakfast was great with lots of options and Beccy was absolutely fabulous. She listened, worked with us and made variations based on the individual needs of all parties. Steve, the handyman came and fixed the door locking issue at night which was incredible and he also helped out allowing us to borrow his phone to make a phonecall about our aunt's funeral the following day when we could not do it on our own. Claire was also lovely. Just so thoughtful and kind staff - fabulous and made such a great memory for us. The warm position we had in front of the open fire and ate in warmth having just arrived from hot, humid Aussie conditions into icy, chilly but invigorating conditions of England. Ahhh, just delicious.

It was incredibly clean. Abbey was very friendly and gave us local suggestions for pubs and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. There was free parking opposite the house. There was a pub opposite that sold delicious pizzas. Really enjoyed our stay, thanks!

Everything was perfect. The location is excellent, it's 5 minutes walk to the town center. We stayed here to attend Uttoxeter races, this is within walking distance. The room is very nice, it has a big ensuite and everything you need (home from home). Also as an extra bonus to the room.. the bed is really really comfortable. Peter is a great host. Thank you for a perfect stay 😁

Large, comfortable room with beautifully updated bathroom. Hosts cooked our breakfast as we sat down and served us drinks and fruit. Very homey feeling.
