Perfect gem of a find, made extra special with added extras for our 4 legged pooch Barney. The Room very stylish, clean, comfortable and very stylish interior. Staff go above and beyond to ensure all your needs are catered for. Will definitely be visiting again as a great base for multiple walking locations. Barney loved his welcome pack and sausage for breakfast. Thank you all

The pub was very cosy with 2 log fires plenty of choice on locally sourced ales, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was close to activities such as the ingleton waterfall trial, white scar caves, cycle routes and lngleton village which had lovely small shops, cafes and more pubs. The scenery was beautiful, outstanding.

the service was exceptional, so friendly from the minute we arrived, one of our rooms had a gorgeous bath, very comfortable beds and the dinner was amazing. it’s not your typical country pub food, it’s very classy. we also asked for a special dessert with candles and they were so accommodating and helpful. breakfast was perfect as well, adjusted to suit your own requirements without hesitation.

A truly lovely stay, reminiscent of childhood stays in cottages in the Lake District. Perfect location for exploring the Dales on foot or on motorbikes, of which we did both! It won’t be everyone’s preference, but if you like cosy cottages with character and open fires, not to mention thoughtful and friendly hosts, then you’ll love staying here.

The hosts were absolutely brilliant and made me and my family very welcome. They lit the fire every night and were very accommodating to our children with the animals and nearby stream. I left my bank card behind and Kim sent it to me which I was very grateful for. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful weekend at the cottage. It's a very cozy little house, perfectly clean, and equipped with everything one might need. The host was extremely kind, making sure the place was warm by the time we arrived, lighting both fireplaces. They were very thoughtful, welcoming us with cookies and giving each of our three children a chocolate. The house is situated in a haven of tranquility and peace, surrounded by beautiful scenery. We felt very much at home and would happily return anytime, and highly recommend it to others.

The cottage was cosy with loads of space for us (family of four). Lots of traditional features thoughout, the beds were really comfy, the whole cottage was spotless and we had everything we needed. The hosts, Kim and Robert were so welcoming, friendly and helpful - the fires were ready to light if we needed them which was a huge help. The cottage was in a great location to explore the surrounding area.
