Pool is a bit small but nice for a quick spa break. Perfect job!! Well done - I will come back!

The minute we walked in the door the lady on reception gave us such a warm welcome. All of the staff were so friendly. Our room was huge with a wonderful view of the grounds. Food was beautiful in the restaurant.

Staff were friendly, bed was super comfy, I have been travelling for 4 months in Asia and south Africa, a proper bed and a good night sleep was highly needed, it was nice and quiet, the room was warm the shower had good pressure, for the price I paid, i got more then I expected including cookies with the tea and coffee and hot chocolate, Highly recommended
We could not have asked for a better location! Within walking distance from all of the sights we wanted to see. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were lovely and breakfast was delish! It could do with a bit of updating but the rooms were clean and tidy.
I like the cozy old style atmosphere. Although the hotel holds functions, it is very quiet on the accommodation side. Very close for early morning flight from Newcastle airport. Good food!
