Staff were kind and friendly and I was given help taking my suitcase upstairs. Friendly, family atmosphere and good location for the course I was taking and walking distance from the train station.

We didn't see much of the place as we were staying overnight before catching a ferry. The town centre was a little unsavoury with some really rough types drinking cider on street benches.
We ended up eating in McDonalds as it was the place that was most inviting and bought a cake in Lidl for pudding. We saw the portside when we were leaving on the ferry which looked pretty.
I might be being a bit harsh for a place I spent 12 hours in, I would love to see the good side of any place.

The instruction given on your arrival are easy to follow.
There is also a kitchen which is fully equipped with every thing you need it even has a washing machine for quest to use.
Any one who stayed here will be delighted with the room and all it has to offer to guest.
We didn't meet the owner but he was on hand if needed.
Would definitely return when we next come to visit my friend in Peacehaven.

it was a box in the rear garden of the property and I would like the refund as on the booking it said it was a Chalet, The fact is that it is a 10sqm BOX (similar of those fast food boxes you find in the markets across England) in the rear garden of the house.

I had a look around Newhaven Town when my train arrived at the start of my trip. I stayed in Peacehaven and didn't go back to Newhaven until the day I left on the train. The day I arrived, I walked around the old town centre and went into Rosie's Cafe for a nice cup of tea. I got the impression that Newhaven was a town that used to be fashionable but had perhaps lost tourism trade to Brighton and seemed a little run down or neglected. Everyone was very friendly though and it was only a first impression. I would certainly go there again, as it is more peaceful than the larger towns.

This place is a hidden gem! The apartment was presented SPOTLESSLY clean. Everything is also in extremely good condition, you will feel comfortable immediately. The host, Nicky, is very friendly and will also respect your privacy during your stay. Great for young families, we stayed with a 6 month old baby and felt so much more at ease than we would in a hotel. Located in a peaceful residential location, this is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding areas. However it is best suited to those travelling by car.
The location is really close to the Newhaven ferry terminal. The accommodation is very comfortable and well-equipped. Instructions for entry are clear. There is a bin at the top of the entrance drive with the house number written big to show you are at the right place. After a long day of travel, this place was just what we were looking for. It was also quiet and we enjoyed a good sleep, Room-only price but a kettle, drinks and a breakfast snack are provided.
Located conveniently close to Newhaven town but on the quiet side of the quay. A very welcoming host goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and welcome.
I knew what to expect as I've stayed here several times before and will always check availability at the Quay before any alternatives when I'm visiting the area.
Absolutely shocked and amazed how fabulous bedroom and bathroom were! Huge bed , comfortable super clean, large bedroom plenty of storage, beautiful shutters . Better than a lot of hotels I have stayed in! Lovely welcoming host , highly recommended and will definitely come back if I come to this area again 5*
Ideally located in a quiet residential street close to Newhaven port. Lana is a friendly and welcoming host who looked after us well. Lovely breakfast of smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Room was comfortable.
