Sometimes, not having the best internet connection is exactly what is needed to appreciate the rural nature of this area...but it’s not too far a drive to market Rasen or the chocolate factory and breathtaking country walks.

We loved Lincoln, we had a boat trip on the Brayford Belle-...
We loved Lincoln, we had a boat trip on the Brayford Belle- which was only £7 each for a 50 min trip on the river. Very pleasant staff on the boat. The cathedral looks amazing. We had a lovely meal at the advocate hotel in Market Rasen. When we said it was our silver anniversary they brought out chocolate cake with a Happy anniversary message for us. Very nice staff.

We stayed in the area to attend a track day however this was...
We stayed in the area to attend a track day however this was cancelled. Instead we visited Lincoln city centre which was lovely for an afternoon out. Not much really in the area we stayed in to do! But it was a great, cheap base for other places nearby.
