An excellent location right on the seafront, with close access to the the town centre. Very friendly and hospitable staff - excellent customer service! Clean and cozy rooms, with complimentary beverages. Good quality showers, with a great water temperature, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Very good value for money!

    We've been coming to Paignton for a few years now its such a lovely place to stay. There are plenty of places to stay and everything is on your doorstep. The beach is very close to all the hotels along with shops and arcades and lovely pier. I recommend fairy cove which is a small beach if you want a bit of quiet time. Theres also a small harbour with lovely boat trips to nearby Torquay,Brixham and Dartmouth and let's not forget the steam train! . Like most places it could do with a bit of updating but don't let that stop you visiting we think it's fabulous.

    Have been coming to Paignton for many years, since a small child. There's so much to do, great scenery, lovely beaches, lots of entertainment, a holiday destination that has kept up with the times.

    We come to paignton as its are HAPPYPLACE.

    We come to paignton as its are HAPPYPLACE. Great for children something to do for everyone and lots of great beaches,we also love the fair and circus on the green and the Geo park and pier. Buses are every 15 mins to torquay. Alot of the cafes serve Gluten Free which is excellent for us and others so dining out is not a problem in Paignton.

    Paignton is your typical holiday place there a harbour town and coastal walks fair always something to do Even close a 10 min drive to Torquay which is beautiful and Brixham is the other way which is nice

    Paignton is always near the top of a list of my favourite...

    Paignton is always near the top of a list of my favourite holiday destinations. Although Devon is hilly, Paignton is quite flat. It is also very compact whith the beach, the town and all the attractions close to each other. It is easy to get around. I particulary enjoy boat trips from Paignton harbour. There are various trips available and there is a ferry service between Paignton and nearby Torquay and Brixham. There are lots of places to eat in Paignton itself and elsewhere in the Torbay area. Travelling around is a joy. I left my car at the guest house all week and travelled by boat, bus and train (including a steam train). Paignton is super if you have a dog. Dogs are welcome everywhere and bowls of water are to be found outside many shops, pubs and elsewhere as a matter of course. Dogs are allowed on at least part of some of the local beaches (though not Paignton beach itself). My pooch had the time of her life!

    Heading west from Torquay along the south west coast path we had a great stopover for the next part of our hike. The beaches are good and there are plenty of good pubs restaurants and our favourite was Molly’s by the harbour

    This hotel is nothing like advertising shows it’s a unmanned hotel open to anyone who would like a walk around of a night .the room was terrible wires hanging out of the wall and dirty rooms . Asylum seekers using this hotel . We will report it to Paignton council we was that disgusted. Many of the people booked in went to find other accommodation and one couple slept in there car . Cannot believe this was on booking. Com website. Would like some feedback and would like some refund to show your concern.

    Absolutely lovely, friendly, welcoming hosts. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. The addition of a mini fridge in the room was very welcome. A few minutes walk from the seafront and train station- ideal location for exploring the Devon coast.

    The hotel is well located, very clean, tidy and well appointed. The welcome from Leigh & Vicky was very warm and homely with nothing being too much trouble. The breakfast is great too. I'd recommend the St. Weonards to anyone looking to stay in Paignton.
