Said good afternoon when ariving and never got a respons from the guy behind counter, rather ignorant, started reading from the script like a robot, handed me the key then stuck his head back in the computer. Bar was a discrace, one person serving and a lon waiting, I should not have to que to pay someone money for extortionate prices. Breakfast was crap, freezing cold. Will not be entertaining again and will not recomend, to mant robots with their nose in the air ignoring everyone.
This hotel is just across the road and accessed mostly by a covered walkway from the airport terminal and is ideal for overnight stays before travelling abroad. it is very accessible by bus 500 from both Buchanan Bus Station and Glasgow City centre. ideal place to stay before travelling.
I stayed in Paisley to do historical research on my family. Everything was very walkable from my hotel. The Paisley Abbey is beautiful. Sadly, it was closed for a special event on the day that I went to see it. Paisley is known for the weaving and thread industries. It is close to both Glasgow and Barrhead where many of my family lived. It is also a better place to stay, with more choices.
next to Glasgow airport for the hotel I paid for breakfast and did not get it the hotel would not offer me a refund or a bag breakfast because I booked through Booking, Com So I went to the airport hungry. No radio or clock in the room no microwave or coffee maker (Instant coffee)
Booked this hotel for our return from holiday before driving home the next day. Our flight was very delayed then more delays at passport control and baggage retrieval resulting in arriving totally tired at the hotel around 4am. The staff on reception couldn’t have been more helpful in quickly getting us sorted and off to our room which we are so grateful for.
The room was excellent, but the restaurant a total rip-off. It is not clear how to walk from the airport terminal to the hotel. If travelling to Glasgow city centre on the purple 500 bus on several occasions, be sure to buy a 4-day pass. It will save a small fortune, even if you only make 2 return trips on the (excellent) bus.
I stayed for one night with my wife and two young children in advance of an early flight. The hotel was smart and the staff were all very helpful and attentive. In every measure this was a superior hotel to a Premier Inn - room quality, restaurant etc. - which, I guess, is reflected in the price. And I enjoyed making use of the running machine in the fitness centre. I was impressed by the Courtyard and would consider using them again for other airport/city stays.
The room was clean and well presented. The bed was comfy and the shower was very nice. In terms of location, it's not what anyone would describe as scenic but it was very well placed for the purpose of our trip (visiting family in the area) and main roads to various other parts of Scotland are easily accessible from here.
Did not have breakfast on first or second time we stayed. Arrived first time managed to get food se on time unable to get food, there was no cash machien in the hotel a place that deals with travelers staff have no clue how to help they do not have a facility to exchange some money . One good thing is parking .
Paisley
Location was excellent, apartment was as pictured, very clean and modern. Owner is very friendly, a very nice man to deal with and very helpful.very good location for paisley Town Centre and plenty of restaurants and bars.well serviced by buses and short walk to train station.
The best thing about the property was the speed with which BNB Guru responded when the heating broke down. Also, whilst the walk to the property is not the nicest in Paisley, it does pass the town's main supermarkets.
Room was great. The old building is really nice. We didn't have breakfast so I can't speak to that. Location was hard to find and Paisley is a bit rough, but being near the airport is very convenient.
Paisley
I booked this for my mother and father they normally stay in the Glynhill Hotel they said that the Abbey and. it’s staff are nothing like royalty by staff and. couldn’t praise them enough thank you.
Only chose this Hotel because it was near the airport. Bland breakfast and false fire alarm at night emptied the hotel on a cold windy night. Nothing special about this hotel except the location.
Paisley
It was perfect for me and my mum for a few days, close enough to walk round Paisley, easy access to Glasgow and the airport.
Close to airport. It was the only hotel in the area that offerred a twin room with two beds. Parking free. Refurbished rooms
Breakfast excellent. The hotel is perfect location for the airport and shopping in Glasgow.
