Room was cozy and homey, staff/owners were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and breakfasts were exceptional, as we could order whatever we liked from the breakfast menu, which was then freshly cooked. I selected eggs Florentine each morning and was delighted with the quality.

Contrasting with "upmarket" chain hotels I've stayed in recently it was great - the TV was an ACTUAL smart TV which was NOT the case in a Voco or a holiday Inn express. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant belonging to the property serves first class cuisine and reasonably priced
