Orocco Pier

Hotel in Queensferry

Boutique bedrooms and 3 levels of outside decking make the most of Orocco Pier's waterside setting. The hotel is modern and clean. Good covid precautions and staff are really helpful. Room was clean but small with a standard double and the bathroom was modern with a good size shower. Good value for the one night we stayed. Restaurant was good. Food well presented and tasty and good cocktails too. Reasonable staff attentive and unique view to dine in with the water forth road bridge outside.

Parkhead House 4 stars

Queensferry

Parkhead House is located in Queensferry, and set in a former gamekeeper cottage, on the edge of the idyllic Deer Park in the heart of Hopetoun Estate. Free WiFi access is available. Great place conveniently located 20 min from the airport - we chose to stay here for our last night instead of having to go back to the city which was so much more relaxing after 2 weeks of driving around Scotland. James is such a nice host and we had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We loved the deer park behind the house and how we could see them from our bathroom window. Breakfast was also ready for us early, which we really appreciated!
