A great gallery with international artists showing work. Very pleasant library and museum with cafe selling very homemade quiches. The town is full of places to drink and eat. It has a range of buildings of interest and of course the school and its history. It is easy to visit surrounding countryside and canal side activities. We needed to be in the vicinity and but for the appalling weather that weekend I could have spent a few hours happily looking round, but I wouldn't choose Rugby as a place to visit. There are some wonderful quirky shops in Rugby and the laneways and buildings have wonderful architect and history. Wonderful bookshop in the city centre, worth just going in to experience how they fit so much into the shop. Dalias bistro is also a unique place to go and eat, the food is very good and it is family run which makes a difference. So much to see if you just go exploring.Guest review byCarolAustralia - 8.0
It was about 20 years since I had been to Rugby.
It was about 20 years since I had been to Rugby. Lots of changes, but the main shopping streets seem to be doing okay, certainly in comparison to other towns of similar size that I have visited recently. Whilst there are lots of fast food shops, nail bars, barbers and charity shops, there is also a good selection of restaurants, cafés and independent shop. There was also a small market in the centre on the Saturday morning. I suspect the presence of Rugby School brings significant benefits to the town.Guest review byRichardUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The main museums are closed on Monday, but we did ended up finding a small private museum next to the Rubgy Store in townand that ws awesome . The wholt town was beautiful and friendly . I visited the famous Black Swan pub, friendly people.Town is walkable .Guest review byharrietCanada
