    Beautiful area, especially for coastal walks and historical buildings. The city is very small of course, and easy to get around. we didn't make nearly enough time to visit all the nearby beaches, and will definitely visit this are again.

    The comedy history walking tour was the highlight for us.

    The comedy history walking tour was the highlight for us. Still chuckling at the silly humour. It’s a beautiful area, with great walks and plenty to do, with speed boat trips, surfing, gourmet seafood at Porthgain and of course the cathedral. The weather was changeable, which made the boat trip quite exciting. We saw lots of seals and pups. We plan to come back earlier in the summer for the puffin season. It’s a long drive to get there but well worth it.

    Beautiful coastline, great for coastal walks and swimming/surfing, especially at Whitesands Bay. Lovely villages with pubs/restaurants serving fresh seafood, such as The Shed Bistro at Porthgain. Friendly, local people who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. For car drivers, some of the lanes are very narrow, so take it slow and give way at passing points.

    Plenty to see and do. Visited the catheral, amazing place.

    Plenty to see and do. Visited the catheral, amazing place. Took a boat trip around Ramsey Island and saw seals. Went to Caerfai Bay, beautiful. Plenty of places to eat but booking recommended. Great shops and ice-cream to die for.

    They were helpful in the Cathedral, and in the visitor centre. 2 Knights buried in the Cathedral ; one was showing wearing fourteenth century half armour strap on, over chain mail with a chainmail neck guard. They were experimenting to improve on chain mail.Moving to full plate armour, later.They were related to the Bishops! Day and evening boat trips to see the Puffins in July and other sea birds. Gannets, Guillemots razor bills, larks and Swift's, white throat. Seals further along the coast in quiet bays away from people. Dolphins maybe but saw some porpoises.on boat trips.

    Small interesting city with independent shops close to good coastal walks and boat trips. Great for birders. Lovely cathedral area. Good green habitats with varied insects. Good bus routes to get about/walk back from.

    Location was great for us, close to St. Davids and the amenities there and Haverfordwest is a 30 minute drive away if you want bigger shops and more amenities. The choice of breakfast at Pentigili is good, cereal, juice, yogurt, full English, toast, tea/coffee. All served in homely surroundings with beautiful country views. Our room was a good size with tv, comfy beds, good clothes storage, tea/coffee facilities, a sofa, wi-fi and private bathroom.
