It was nearly perfect. Good hotel, food and facilities but little things like terrible old hairdryer and wastebin in room not emptied let it down slightly.

I hadn't considered what to expect in Jersey but was pleasantly surprised.
The island is beautiful with a very laid-back feel to it.
St Helier is the perfect size to walk around with plenty of places to eat and drink, and nice quality shops. It has the feel of a nice country town.
Be aware that most restaurants close around 9.00pm so don't get caught out!
The bus from outside the airport took us straight to the town and it is easy to travel around the island from the bus station in St Helier. Helpful staff and a choice of bus tickets for longer stays.
We took an afternoon tour around the island which helped us decide which areas we wanted to visit again. We visited in spring so the blossoms were out, and Jersey has the most beautiful vast beaches.
Friendly and helpful people everywhere we went which added to the experience.

Average city, not very much to do here other than shopping, some pretty areas for photographing. Very disappointing choice of restaurants. Not the place to visit if you are remotely interested in food.

Great selection of restaurants.
Great selection of restaurants. We had superb meals at The White Horse, Roseville Bistro and Petisco Tradicional all within walking distance of our hotel. Not so impressed with cake at Pomme D'Or Cafe. Loved the cycle paths along the sea front and marked cycle routes out to the War Tunnels and Gorey Castle were excellent.

This could be a lovely place.
This could be a lovely place. We found almost everything in the area closed. Websites didn’t reflect museums, galleries being closed for staff training or just closed. I recommend checking by calling each place to be sure. Many shops closed down and restaurants close at 9pm. The only thing open to do was the cinema and bowling which was not signposted and hard to find plus feeling like a bowling alley from the 70’s. A number of places no longer exist, like arcades and attractions for kids. Overall it felt like stepping back to the 1980’s. If you want beaches and to eat then it’s lovely but therefore would only recommend in the summer months. People are very friendly and helpful.

Hotel, bar and restaurant staff are excellent, very welcoming, efficient and very helpful. Our room, (although a pain to get to, up and down different staircases) was clean, spacious and well equipped/furnished. Food and drink was very good(but expensive, two gin and tonics £20), I would recommend eating here, breakfast however was a buffet, I'm not a fan. If I return to Jersey, I would not hesitate in staying here again.
We had a very nice stay. Very kind people. That counts for the those that clean the rooms, those that service the braekfast and especially the owners. They provided also a place too store our bikes. Really kind people. The room and bathroom is simple but sufficient. The hotel has a elevator. They provide a extensive continental breakfast. There is also a very nice public park in the vicinity.
This is me and my mums 3rd visit to the royal yacht. We have been to jersey 4 times in total but we will always book this hotel now.
It was a lovely surprise to have an upgraded room, this is similar to the room we had the time before fabulous to have the balcony. The breakfast was once again good quality produce and service. We had a relaxing time in the pool and spa area too!
Our flight arrived into Jersey before check-in and we were able to store our luggage and go and explore. Hotel is 5 minutes from the town centre and 10- 15 minutes' walk to the Bus Station. Staff were really friendly. The lady who served us our breakfast every morning remembered our order and was really attentive and friendly.
All the staff we so friendly, nothing was to much trouble. Special shout out to Hasim, who went above and beyond for us . Our evening meal was fantastic, I can see why so many locals and tourists alike dine with them for food . The hotel view from our room was amazing . Would 100% stay here again .
The staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Great location, with parking for a hire car. I had a sleepless night courtesy of some antisocial room neighbours. The hotel upgraded me to a lovely, quiet room which made my stay. They were friendly and helpful which as a solo guest was great.
Good location within easy reach of town centre and seafront. Although the hotel is older and slightly “ tired” it’s clean and well maintained. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Balcony area was ideal for relaxing with a drink in the evening and food is very good.
Outstanding hotel which far exceeds the 3 star ranking. Simple but clean rooms, amazing staff, perfect location, stunning (and cheap) breakfast, wonderful pool and sauna. So, so good - we will always stay here when in Jersey
Good communication with the hotel; self check-in was easy. The rooms were a good size and clean and very quiet despite being on a fairly busy road. Good location, only about 10-15 minutes' walk from the town centre.
Good selection of food for breakfast, great staff, easy to walk into the town centre. Décor is fine its what adds charm to the Hotel. Room cleaned each day and towels changed. In all would stay again.
Easy to find from the ferry, staff pleasant, room a good size and cool, food was excellent, price for what you get was also acceptable. Very close to town centre. Would recommend this hotel.
The hotel staff couldn't have been friendlier. It is a very warm and welcoming hotel with a lovely spa and salt water swimming pool, close to St Helier town centre.
