What a magical space! Really well thought out with high standards and imaginative design. So lovely to have a private little patio too. Very kind to have welcome biscuits. Lots of useful information and clear instructions. Very clean and well presented. Everything I could have wanted was provided. Excellent location for my trip. Some staff were a bit casual and scruffy but pleasant enough. The room is in dire need of redecoration with wallpaper hanging off the wall above the bed and a damp stain on the outside wall. The room overall was grubby though the bed was clean and comfy which is the only reason I stayed. The Tv kept switching itself onto pictures of food in the restaurant which was frustrating though luckily I had work to do so wasn't overly bothered. Evening meal starter was poor, mains was great, breakfast was good. Checking out chap very professional.
