The shower and bath area especially was installed and cleaned to a high standard. The bedroom was exquisite, with plush soft furnishings and a sturdy desk area. Soft carpets and airy windows. Peaceful and quiet in the room, and with the window open could hear the chirping of birds. 10/10, would return again.

First visit to Skegness. Sandy beach and when we visited in June not many other people on the beach. Probably great place for families as there seems to be lots of local attractions for youngsters. Not big sea front but has all the amenities and fun activities associated with British seaside. Seems to be plenty of parking next to beach but can be a challenge to find entrance first time. Pay for loos / contactless card 40p. Don’t miss taking your photo next to the Las Vegas type sign at the entrance to the Speedway Stadium. “Welcome to Fabulous Skeg Vegas Not in Nevada” as seen on BBC breakfast Friday 17th June. Nearly forgot, don’t leave it too late to eat as most places stop doing food and either close by 8 pm or switch to bar service.
Skegness to me is great place to visit it has some thing for every one of you want to see some history church street farm for a donation you can see some thing different visit the past or you could go to the cinema or theatre aquarium or the seal sanctuary or visit Ingoldmells market
I just love all the little towns in and around skegness. It's a childhood place for me so always brings nostalgia. It's a brilliant place for children and families. I absolutely love it, the markets, little independent shops, beaches so close to everything. My favourite places are mablethorpe and Chapel st Leonards. They're beautiful places, full of gorgeous scenery. Halfway down Chapel st Leonards beach is a gorgeous little pub! Lovely walk also!
Skegness is a lovely place, it has plenty of things to do and see, the seal sanctuary is a lovely place to visit, unfortunately the big fairground was closed as the weather was not good. There are plenty of amusements crazy golf, and numerous places to eat, either inside or out. And there are plenty of shops to browse around for gifts or little things that catch your eye what you cannot find where you live at home. The parking can be a nitemare at times, and do have plenty of disabled parking bays, if you can find them all, and some you still have to pay even with a blue badge, which is unfair
Wish I had stayed longer!! Place I stayed was lovely and comfortable and I felt sad to leave:(( very easy to get from A - B, lots of shops and amusements and 2 places with rides close by, plenty of places to eat which offer lots of food other then fish and chips. Night life was also lovely, busy but not overcrowded. Beach is very nice on a night, not dark but also no people there. Ate at the jolly fisherman and barely any waiting time, few minutes at most.
Always loved taking breaks in Skegness, a lovely relaxed resort something for everyone, new amenities being added, nothing not to like about Skegness, eat at kentucky & Harry Ramsden usually eat at Husseys which is excellent place to eat ve.ry close to seafront, easy to get around resort excellent bus services from the Bus Interchange
Skegness
I loved that this bed and breakfast was close to Skegness town centre and also the beach. I also loved that there was WiFi in the room and also a kettle with biscuits and hot chocolate and coffee. I also liked that the owners went out of there way to ensure that me and my partner had a breakfast on the last morning as we were not able to stay for the breakfast as we left early but the owners ensured that they packed us up a breakfast with cereal bars some pop and some crisps.
The hotel last year was tired, but this year it had been decorated and new carpets fitted. Gave the hotel a much needed lift and the staff as always were brilliant. There was a Scottish chap serving at the bar most nights who made us feel really at home and is worthy of praise on his own.
