Hotel was clean and modern. Jim's restaurant was good for dinner. Staff was really professional and they showed great interests. Rooms are big and modern, you have all the equipment beyond a hotel like coffee machine etc. Location was nice if you need to travel somewhere else.

    I cannot recommend Slough itself.

I cannot recommend Slough itself. However, the surrounding areas are excellent ... walks along the river to Windsor, the proximity of Burnham Beeches (woodland, not sea and sand), the River Thames close by, ...

Friendliest part of London I have been to.

Friendliest part of London I have been to. People were extremely friendly, helpful with guiding me where I wanted to go. I don’t usually receive this sort of friendly and helpful people anywhere else Iv been. People in other areas usually have miserable faces and just dont want to talk or help with directions. Usually more of a rush here, rush there sort of feeling. Extremely Fast Paced. Slough seemed to be a lot calmer.

Sloughs location around Windsor and Heathrow makes it perfect if you need to be in those areas. We planned on visiting Legoland and London but wanted to stay in a quiet neighbourhood. Slough has everything you need for a short stay (shops, restaurants etc). Shopping malls here aren't great, but you can get to those in London fast and cheap with the tube.

We didn't see much of slough, hotel on the outskirts of the town. I booked a room for myself and my son ,upon arrival to breakfast, the hotel staff informed me that only one breakfast was included in our stay which I found very strange they said it was an issue with booking.com not the hotels doing. I had to pay extra for my sons breakfast every day and we were also charged extra to use the pool facilities which I found strange also.

I am writing to inform you that we will be vacating the property earlier than planned, within the next hour. Despite our previous communications regarding problems encountered during our stay, these issues have not been satisfactorily resolved. Additionally, we are now facing a malfunctioning shower regulator, which has made it impossible for us to maintain basic hygiene. This series of unresolved problems has significantly impacted our experience and falls well below the standards expected. This situation is unacceptable, and we are considering further actions to address our dissatisfaction. We will be returning the keys to the designated area as we leave. I would appreciate your prompt attention to these matters, and I look forward to discussing a possible resolution.

The hotel was too noisy with the a Club that is attached to the hotel. If you are unlucky enough to get a room on that side of the hotel, the music drones through the room. Why they would think that anyone would be happy to stay in one o those rooms is beyond me. Maybe some don't care. I was moved rooms at 00:15 to a quieter side of the hotel. But would have been nice to not have to have waited being told the music would stop by Midnight. Which the hotel, I should add, have no control over.

nice and close to Slough for work purposes. great price. was upgraded to an executive double on arrival. very comfy bed with crisp sheets, fluffy towels and plenty of hot water. fridge, hairdryer, tea tray, iron and ironing board. decent size flatscreen tv and a massive sofa! despite some poor reviews I read, this is a decent place to stay near Slough for a night or two. only issue was the sound of other guests doors banging.. but it’s a hotel and you kind of expect that. still, I had a decent sleep and the staff I met were very polite.

Property is still new, well maintained, the location is still prime, near the station, the station is slough, one stop to Windsor, close to Tesco Extra and Sainbury's Extra, Access to Taxi's, Primark, an area you can be in and not really have to going central although you can access London Paddington easy from the station as well as Reading and Heathrow. Lots of restaurants in Slough and in Windsor. Also good Access for Uber Eats
