Hotel in St. Saviour
Just 10 minutes’ walk from St Helier, Merton Hotel boasts a water park with slides and a spa. There is free parking on site, and a choice of 5 restaurants. My wife and I stayed at the Merton Hotel from 11th to 16th September 2021 and we had a marvelous time. The hotel itself, the location and all of the staff met with our expectations and we were really made welcome by all the staff, without exception. I would certainly recommend the Merton to friends and family alike and we will be planning to return again for a further vacation on Jersey and at the Merton.

Around 1 mile from St Helier harbour, Alister Guest House offers well-appointed rooms and a range of breakfasts. The proprietors were friendly and helpful. Although my phone was switched off at the time, as I was a bit later than I indicated I got a call asking if I was lost. It exceeded my expectations because the breakfast was especially good.

In the North of St Helier, Norfolk Lodge has an indoor swimming pool and plenty of free parking. St. Helier's town centre, shops and beaches, are a 10-minute walk away. The staff in the breakfast room were wonderful.
I enjoyed the location of St Saviour. It was really easy to get to the Castle on the East coast and very easy to get to St Hellier as well. I had a hire car and it was easy to find the hotel too. The hotel is a little dated, but it's clean and has all the facilities, wifi only in the foyer, but I found it lovely that every evening lots of people would be sitting in the foyer, all on their phones and laptops. The staff were really helpful and friendly
Good location, near to Botanic Gardens, which we love, and nowhere is very far to travel in Jersey....visited St Brelades, Gorey, St Catherines, St Aubin, Corbiere Lighthouse and Botanic Gardens twice....all in two days Had a lovely evening meal at the Boat House in St Aubin on Sat night, ate at the hotel on Sunday night
would thoroughly recommend this hotel. we visited the war museum, german hospital and tunnels, very moving. Also visited the Durrell zoo and the Jersey Pearl. Maybe the hotel could start doing a tour of the island. Found taxis quite expensive
Walking distance to town and easy access to several beaches and attractions . As previous residents of Jersey we did not really go to Jersey to see the sights but to meet up with friends so can't add anything else.
Howard Davis park, is lovely you can go to various events held there. Have Afternoon Tea, it is very relaxing. The Sea water Lido is great for swimming, you can have snacks and ice cream there. The Drifters restaurant was brilliant, food delicious and reasonable price but you need to book. The White Horse is another good place to eat. Also Bonetti's at the Merton Hotel is another good place to go.
HOWARD DAVIS PARK. IN THE BELVERDEARE RESTAURANT AND THE BONNETTY RESTAURANT. IF YOU ARE FIT IT IS A SHORT WALT TO THE CENTRE OF ST HELIER. NICE TO BE CALLED A YOUNG COUPLE BUT I AM 83 AND THE WIFE IS 78, BUT WE STILL ENJOY A WALK.
