The staff at the park more could not be more helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Everyone greeted you with a smile and asked if there was anything more they could Do / anything we needed. Tv didn’t work (which on a Saturday night with a 3 year old is needed), so a member of staff found a new cable and tuned immediately. Room service for little boys tea came quickly, hot, and free delivery! His breakfast was also free of charge. Sue (I think), in the gym and pool was superb :) really kind and helpful. The leisure facilities were lovely and we were able to easily book two pool slots. Purple peacock restaurant - great food!!

Kingswood Guest House is set in a Victorian house with many original features. Room was comfortable and really nice to be in, the bathroom was the perfect size too. The welcome facilities, tea, coffee etc were well stocked. Staff were really friendly and welcoming.

Abbeyfield Lodge is set in Eaglescliffe, 1.2 mi from Yarm. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. Each room comes with a smart flat-screen TV. We travelled to drop our daughter to Uni but could not find anything local so had to pick a destination on the way. The staff were very friendly, the room was spotlessly clean and bigger than most Hotels. We had an adjoining room with a double bed for the night we arrived. The bathroom had proper shower gel and in a pump action dispenser so not wasting plastics with disposable ones. There is EV charging at the property Breakfast was freshly prepared for you and very good indeed. Staff advised on the Saturday if you planned to go into Yarm to book as it gets very busy. Short walk to the shops and some scenic walks locally as well.

What a lovely clean house, was very comfortable and welcoming we will most certainly come back and stay again. It was very quiet at night so had such a good nights sleep.
