In a peaceful, rural location, this country house was originally built in 1845. Today, the house has been converted into a luxurious privately owned hotel with many beautiful original features. Attention to details. The Staff were so accommodating, friendly,. I can't wait to visit again.

Rooms were great! Clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection was good, just wish they had served fresh grilled tomatoes instead of the tinned tomatoes. Will definitely stay here again, and referred it to a friend

A modern hotel in the city of Stoke-on-Trent, centrally located within the Midlands and close to Alton Towers, with excellent motorway, road links and rail links to the Northwest.. There was a lovely helpful chambermaid I think she was a Geordie.
Holiday Inn Express Stoke-On-Trent is just off junction 15 of the M6. The breakfast was excellent and came in with the price of the room.

Stoke apartments I found easy access close to the centre and local shops with a market right opposite access too parking too. I asked for more cutlery and towels they arrived within 30MINS Highly recommended
Walking around Hanley was uninspiring with all activity centred on the ubiquitous, modern shopping centre and little else in the surrounding area. There were a lot of closed or run down properties in the centre and little to attract tourists. The exception was the Moorcroft Pottery museum and shop, which was excellent, as I assume would be the other local pottery museums if you enjoy that sort of thing.
The people were utterly fantastic. Really hospitable and very friendly. I was there on business but the town was there to be explored and i made a point of it. It was obvious tgat Stoke has been ignored by Politicians because of tgecshameful way some of the properties looked neglected but it was an interedting trip nonetheless. It has a vibrant student community and some superb nightlife. My favorite punk rock band also hail from here so it was also a chance to pay a little homage.
did not see much of Stoke its self as I spent all my time seeing my son who had been transferred to Royal Stoke hospital with neck and back injuries , fantastic hospital with brilliant staff, from the surgeons to the tea ladies, everyone working there were brilliant cannot praise them enough.
we were on our way back to the Isle of Man and stayed at the hotel to break our journey. The stay was a welcome break our room was clean the breakfast excellent, staff were helpful and very friendly. We would recommend this hotel. Great value for mony
The best thing was the breakfast. The worst thing was how the staff members were. I stay away in hotels most of the week. I am only at home 2 nights out of 7. The rest of the five nights I stay in hotels. I can honestly say that in all of my 23 years of staying in hotels on a regular basis I have never stayed anywhere where the staff were so rude and unhelpful. It made me quite upset to think that people like this could be working in hospitality.
Perfectly good place to stay if you are in Stoke. Interesting historical link with Josiah Wedgewood. Hotel has everything you expect Staff were all good and it is good value for money I was there for an event so don’t know how far from town centre Be sure to register your car reg in the automated system to avoid a fine!
The hotel was easy to get to, staff was freindly, room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated next to a hungry horse pub, over the road is a mcdonalds and a tescos with petrol station... Higgley recommended 😁
The property was very clean and inviting, staff were really friendly , would definitely like to stay here again one of the best I have stayed in in stoke on Trent
The staff were friendly. Very helpful. They are your best asset to the hotel. Location for Uni, brilliant. Literally opposite the train station.
The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The room was very comfortable, showers were clean and modern. Food was very good.
Nice little room with a kitchen area. Staff very helpful. Close to the train station. Quirky little hotel.
Great location, cheap hotel
