The staff were fantastic, the venue was beautiful. Great outdoor spaces. Very accommodating. When food wasn't available at the restaurant there was a pizza shack on site & theyre highly recommend. The room we had was lovely, I'd make a tweak or two on the breakfast but, it took nothing away from the lovely stay we had here for a wedding reception.

We liked the available parking, the cleanliness and feel of the room, the comfortable bed,...the whole thing was so nice and wonderful! It was way bigger of a room than we thought and my friend sighed with relief when we walked in and stopped worrying about where we would be staying (I messed up on the last hotel and she was worried). There was a kitchenette and a fridge.

I went to a peaky blinders wedding and it was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and attentive. It was spotlessly clean. For an old building the facilities in our room were perfect.The food was very nice and the drinks are good value. The manager could not do enough for the quests. All round a fantastic stay . Xxxx

    Stourbridge is beautiful and could easily spend a long weekend. Also Stourbridge Junction has beautiful George 🐈 and close to Warwick castle, which I didn’t visit but I will next time! I also loved the Mary Stevens park and the cafe there. Good lattes!

    Stourbridge, I suspect has gone the way of many market towns - huge shopping centre nearby in Merry Hill has meant a lot of small, niche shops have just given up. Great place to explore the Black Country from!

    Attractions worth visiting which can be reached by bus or car are Black country Living Museum, Kinver Rock Houses, the Glass Museum and the Clent Hills. Some websites also list attractions in Birmingham, but for them you are better off staying in Birmingham.

    I can only be honest & say this was the most surreal hotel...

    I can only be honest & say this was the most surreal hotel visit & worst hotel experience of my life so far. I don’t wish to be mean or excessively critical but the only positive I can say is that the bed was comfortable & clean & the room was clean & spacious in the end once I could finally access it at 12:30am, 10 hours plus after check in opened.

    All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Hotel room very clean and comfortable. Complementary bottles of water, with bottle of fresh water for the kettle, fan in room if needed, little bottles of shampoo/ conditioner etc and tea/ coffee with extras all in hotel room. Didn't use it but thought the coffee machine in room was a great touch. Bar its self, good prices and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast worth the price. Would 100% visit àgain. Rollo and Eric are also great hosts at breakfast time :-).

    The accommodation is comfortable and well presented. We needed to be in the centre of Stourbridge so the location is perfect. We came by train and it is just a short walk from the station. The park up the road is lovely and so is Kinver, just 5 km away.Waitrose and Tesco are very close so food shopping couldn't be more convenient.The broadband is very fast - about 30 times faster than the speed I get at home. Very pleased. We will probably book it for another visit in the future.

    Hotel is undergoing refurbishment and in all honesty it's a bit chaotic, but the staff are very good , polite and courteous. Room a bit cold but the wall heater worked perfectly.
