Located in the picturesque market town of Stow-on-the-Wold, Unicorn Aparthotel Suites is a grade II listed building that has been recently refurbished. Was a great choice ... a large , well equipped , apartment , suitable for one night or a weeks stay .. we'll be back ...
Nestled in the heart of Stow-on-the-Wold, The Old Stocks Inn is a recently refurbished 17th-century coaching inn that overlooks the green where the original penal stocks still stand. Perfect setting, the hotel was clean, tastefully decorated, each corner holding a surprise print, motif or item. The staff were friendly and service was efficient and very professional. Ate in the restaurant where the food was very good, esp the steak. The breakfast buffet offered great choice in addition to the cooked options available. The outside areas were welcoming. The room was very comfortable and the courtesy items in the fridge, the tea and nespresso coffee much appreciated. The team's passion and hospitality is apparent in everything they do.

Beautiful historic market town with informative tourist trail, leaflet available from library which stays open late on Tuesdays. Within easy reach of Stratford which made going to see a play in the evening perfect.
Cotswolds are always pretty and nice and quiet this time of year, but not a lot to do in the way of attractions. Lovely walks though and good food, and open fires. We liked 'The Bell' in Stow for good tasty home cooked food with decent portion sizes, and excellent wine list!
Beautiful olddy worlddy town. Love the Cotswold stone everywhere. Shops and pubs were reasonably priced. Food was good in the queens head and the kings arms, lovely Sunday lunch. Easy to get to and very relaxing
Stow on the wold is a beautiful location and the Stag were we stayed is a beautiful boutique hotel with comfortable rooms and we had a bath in the room. A lovely gesture of Prosecco was left in the room for my birthday. The friendless of the staff was above and beyond. The pub attached was cosy and comfortable on cold January days with a log fire.
We were pretty centrally located with our apartment and the choice of restaurant for dinner was excellent. We managed a 'recommended' walk locally, ending up in Lower Oddington for lunch at the Fox! Beautiful!!
Beautiful little country town, visited Cotswolds chocolate company, products made on premise so able to pick up some extra goodies for Christmas stockings. Cheese shop also well worth a visit too. Lots of quirky coffee shops and a very talented young lady playing beautiful Christmas carols on her violin was the icing on the cake! Perfect for pre Christmas weekend break away.

Location is perfect, just off the main road into Stow but in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy parking, just two minutes from shops, pubs etc. Very cosy with a great gas stove and wood burning stove so perfect for those colder autumn and winter evenings. Very clean and fully equipped with everything you could need. Ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

The cottage is perfectly located, with all of Stow less than five minutes walk. It is a cosy yet spacious cottage with lovely little touches everywhere you look. The owner is really friendly and informative, we never felt like we needed anything that we weren’t already told about or could easily find. I would strongly recommend St Anthony’s if you are staying in the Cotswolds.

My husband and I booked Stuart House as part of a 40th wedding anniversary gift for my parents. They absolutely loved the room and was made to feel very welcome. They both said how beautiful the room was and how delicious the breakfast was in the morning. 5 star+. Thank you Stuart House for accommodating our requests so easily and making parents stay amazing!

A great place, tucked away in an unexpected location. The owners are lovely, very welcoming and at the same time, happy to give you your own space. The room is clean, comfortable and has a distinct modern style, lots of extra effort put in. The bathroom is really nice, with lots of extras just in case you forgot something.

Old world charm with a few modern twists. Absolutely loved our stay at this inn. Staff was great, food delicious, facilities and amenities more than what we expected for a very old inn. Location was also a plus. Loved everything about the Porch House!
