Beds were comfortable and there was everything you needed. Close to the stenna line to Belfast which is what it was used for. It was very clean and smelled nice.
Went for work so no sightseeing. Storm Darragh kicked in so miserable outside. Drove into the town which really needed me to see it in good weather, but it was very clean. If travelling on the ferry to Northern Ireland, it is a great stop off and not expensive.

Stranraer looked lovely but the weather was terrible and we had no opportunity to see much of the town. We ate in a lovely restaurant called Henrys Bay House which was within easy reach of the guest house and provided dining under the stars in a pod (although the weather was not good enough to see them).

Didn't really see much of it as we were there to attend a wedding in area. Definitely very clean and had plenty of free car parking which is a bonus these days. Will definitely come back for a longer stay and possibly incorporating day trio to Belfast.

Agnew Park is fantastic for kids, so much to do with the park, wee train ride, pedal go karts and water/pirate ship play area. There is a cafe/restaurant there too.
Stranraer is a lovely wee town to walk about, with a good few shops.

Lovely peaceful stay near Portpatrick. Lodge is basic but has everything you need and is really good value for money. We loved watching the sheep and lambs go about their day and the beautiful sunsets from the lodge. Owners are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Location was excellent. Nice walk to beach. Near enough everything we wanted to visit. Quiet location. Nice lodge, big enough for two adults and child. Suited us perfectly.
