The hostel was very nice, we checked in in the middle of the night because our train was late and the staff was very friendly despite that it was 3 am. Everything was very clean including the common areas and all. The location is amazing, we stayed near the British museum. It's close to all kinds of transportation yet quiet at night. They will surely see more of me in the future!

We had a great experience from start to finish. My question (before arrival) was answered via the booking app almost right away. Robin was there to greet us, get us towels, and explain the shared spaces. There is secure after-hours access and the property is in a quiet neighborhood. Walking to the tube takes about 10 minutes. Don't let the distance from the airport deter you, but we do recommend this spot for stays longer than 2 nights due to the need for two or three public transfers to get there. If you do have a rental car, there is ample parking. The jacuzzi was clean and the PERFECT end to days walking on cold cobblestone. It's nice having the use of a kitchen and laundry without paying premium prices for that at an airbnb or hotel. We honestly plan to come back someday!
