This was a fantastic hotel and I cannot fault anything. The staff were super friendly and helpful, my room was a lovely size and very clean and comfortable. I really liked the homely feel I felt from the hotel and the room itself.

We were delighted by the rooms and for only 45 pounds per room. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. We went to the restaurant for breakfast and it was a great price and tasty. I have been to the restaurant before and they have great meal deals and prices for children.

    We wanted to visit my parents grave and visit family so it was perfect for us. Food at the White Horse was good and reasonably priced. There is a beautiful lake at Strichen. It’s lovely to see the swans especially when they’ve got cygnets.
