Garbage never stay there again people like u do not Listen to real people ps food cold drinks flat and expensive no people skills no compassion on betterment issues 140 .00 pounds of wasted money this will probably take u 2days to reply ?
an and he brought it straight away. His name was Mohammed and was a credit to the breakfast team. Room was ok. Bed soft which isn’t to my liking. Quite dusty and had numerous insects - 2 spiders and a few lady bugs. Was also freezing cold when we arrived. Didn’t get chance to use any other facilities
Staff need more training on treating their guests correctly, I was spoken to extrally rudely and told the wrong information by them, I felt threatened and uncomfortable to leave the room incase I bumped into the 2 staff members. I will not stay here again!
Hotel was lovely, beautiful hotel and venue for my cousins wedding. Had such a lovely overnight stay, staff were friendly. The room was nice, comfy bed and tea/coffee facility. Only let down was the bathroom- it was not nice at all. Old, dirty and outdated. It looks like it hadn’t been changed in years, dirt around bottom of bath just overall wasn’t too clean. Was off putting to come back is how I would rate the bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was ok but not great, wouldn’t recommend to be honest.
A great location to go walking in the Peak District and to go shopping at Meadowhall. Also enjoyed the local carvery, the hotel bar, the breakfast and the spa facilities - which were all in working order, and I haven't been able to say that about many hotels in the past few years!
