EVERYTHING! It was stunning. They say the love is in the details and this property was Exhibit A. The owner lives on property and went above and beyond to make us so comfortable. Plus, our beloved dog passed away last year and Barry had two of the most darling puppies you’ve ever seen. They did our hearts good. Amy manages the spa and treatment rooms and was precious. And Chantelle {I so hope I spelled that right} had our room looking like something out of a magazine when we arrived. You will LOVE every minute of your stay here.

Everything was just perfect. Staff was excellent, room was gorgeous, clean, and had all the amenities (plus the rooftop pool was amazing!), hotel was in an amazing location.

First off I came into the hotel before the booking time, so I was offered to wait in the ground floor restaurant. The design there is very cozy in my opinion and the coffee they made was very good. The room was a lot more impressive though, it felt like you're living amongst other skyscrapers even tough it was just 9th floor as I did not buy the more expensive room with City View in it's name. There were also free drinks, coffee and tea in the room. The bed featured a double mattress, which was comfortable.

Beautiful building, the staff is looking to assist with anything. The breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety to cater any wish.perfect location on the tram and the emr train. Spa was wonderful

Restaurant great. Internet connection was strong. Very central and close to train station. Staff were knowledgeable about surroundings and happy to explain where good things were and how transport system worked.

I booked this for my Mother & Brother. They both said the Hotel, Staff & Facilities were excellent and will definitely book again next year.

This modern, 4-star hotel is opposite the AO Arena and Manchester Victoria Rail Station. The property offers a fantastic swimming pool, a gym, and rooms with LCD satellite TVs.
