Very clean. Nice staff, I was surprised with housekeeping left me clean towels and essentials right outside the room when I hang the “ No housekeeping “ sign on the door. Will stay here again. I do wish the coffee machines stays on 24/7.

Very clean and very good service from the staff. From checking in to those working in the bar in the evening to those that serve breakfast. We didn’t have an evening meal as we went out but it’s a very good experience.

The venue was unbelievable in the best way possible. It was located on a very quiet street. Immaculately clean and great to use the kitchen as a common room with each room having its own little kitchenette. Loved that it seemed or appeared that every room was soundproofed. 2 car spaces out side. Jay the manager was amazing especially as when we arrived the first key code wasn't working/activated. Warm, clean and smelt great. Bed linen and bed were so soft and thick. you don't want to leave. :D :D :D

Some people may find that the M6 motorway side of the hotel a little noisy if they are a light sleeper, but that didn't affect me. As the hotel has good sound-proofing. Hotel is situated near a bus route for travelling either into Walsall or Wolverhampton. Food and alcoholic drinks are very reasonable in this establishment and of good quality

Didn't like the hotel as we discovered when we tried to check-in that they had given away our family room, so we had no where to stay that evening. They tried to offer us a double room, with only 1 double bed, which would not have been adequate for 2 adults & 2 kids. Hotel didn't phone me to check on our arrival time before they decided to give away our family room. Very poor service, won't be booking this hotel again!

Like so many towns right now, the centre was once bustling but has lost so many shops and has the sort of barriers to prevent terrorists and ram-raiders in vehicles, so depressing. On the plus side there is a fantastic art gallery, a leather museum, the beautiful "Arboretum" park, a decent Wetherspoons plus another real-ale pub "The Pretty Bricks", plentiful rail and bus transport and easy access to The Black Country Living Museum, Aldridge Transport Museum, Cannock Chase and Birmingham.

It was handy for me to meet up with a friend. Like so many towns it looks run down and the shopping area lacks any interest. Not many places to eat/restaurants that I could find. Nice Wetherspoons saved the day.

A superb area of The Black Country.

A superb area of The Black Country. Lots of great hotels and apartments to stay in, not too far from Birmingham, to reach by bus or train, to leave your car behind. Lots of great pubs, so no need to lower your standards by using a Weatherspoon's same with food, fantastic ethnic variety to choose from, so no need to lower your standards by using Mcdonald's or KFC.

The flat was really comfortable and very clean however it is on the second floor which was a bit of a problem for me Communal hallways could do with a bit of attention and maybe a handle on the front door as quite difficult to close on way out A bit of noise outside during early hours but nothing too excessive and it is in town centre so was expected Overall our stay was comfortable and as regular visitors to Walsall (family ) we will book again if anything on a lower floor

The food here was absolutely amazing and the rooms were very clean, friendly staff and great layout. A real surprise to us as we booked not knowing anything about this hotel and booked on a spur. This place is absolutely outstanding. Great value for money. It was the cheapest we could find however this did not stop this place ensuring that you had the best time. The food honestly blew us away. The chef there is fantastic.

Really helpful staff, room was ok, clean bathroom/sheets/towels etc but room was a bit shabby ... stains in carpet and sofa which was a shame. Something going on with front of hotel which should be main reception/bar area but this was all closed off with massive air purifiers in front of building which doesn't look good. Shame used to be the place to stay!
