Quirky and original in style but not over the top! Very well located with a direct view if the beach. Steve the owner/ “narrator” was delightful and having worked internationally in the hotel business understands the needs of the customer. All our needs were met including a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend.

Loads of places to eat in walking distance Great beach Lovely harbour Fair amount of shops Places to go - monkey world , tank museum , sea life amongst lots other fairly short distance by car. Weymouth is one of the less commercialised beaches and retains a lovely seaside feel suitable for all ages. For older people the local town/ beach etc is on the flat.

Weymouth was one if England's loveliest seaside towns. It has become rundown and drab although there are some small signs of recovery. The council has made a serious of very bad decisions over the last 15 years. A terrible shame.

I liked the slightly old fashioned atmosphere - Punch and Judy shows, donkey rides for the kids, helter skelter etc. The Pavilion is very good; plenty of entertainment to suit all ages and tastes with light refreshment facilities.

Weymouth is a beautiful seaside town that captures the charm of a traditional English holiday while offering so much to enjoy today. The golden sandy beach is the heart of the town, clean and inviting, with plenty of space for families, couples, and solo visitors alike. The lively promenade is filled with the sound of children’s laughter, donkey rides, and the delight of watching incredible sand sculptures. Cafés and stalls nearby serve excellent coffee and treats, perfect for relaxing as you take in the view of the sea. There is always a sense of fun and amusement along the seafront, with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere created by both visitors and locals. Whether strolling along the esplanade, enjoying the sea air, or simply sitting back and people-watching, Weymouth leaves you with a lasting impression of warmth and happiness. A wonderful place to visit, and one I would happily return to.

Have travelled to Weymouth for over 15 years.

Have travelled to Weymouth for over 15 years. Was my birthday so thought I love Weymouth Harbour & the sea front. Well how it has changed for the worse. Too many tourists, beach packed & no where to sit in the harbour. There are rides along the seafront so very noisy. In addition very difficult to park. Not my place anymore.

We felt sad when we left. I feel that is the biggest compliment you can give to a hotel. Karen and Martin were superb hosts and it was great to chat to the other guests at breakfast, some of which have been returning for the past 14 years which can only go even further to justify what a lovely place to stay Kelston is. We'll certainly come back to Weymouth and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Kelston Guest House is an absolute gem of a hotel in the perfect location 10/10
