The Ely House is beautiful. The lady who runs it Claudia was brilliant. Very friendly and helpful. From the minute we arrived Claudia helped us to find somewhere to eat, booked our taxis for us. She even introduced us to another guest and his wife who were going to the same venue KKs Steel mill who we shared a taxi back. Thank you Claudia. You and your team do an amazing job. We will definitely be back. I will be recommending your hotel. The breakfast was really nice Also the taxi service were really good. Had a brilliant stay! If I could give you 10 stars I would. The room was quiet and clean. Hot English breakfast was served. Parking space was easy to maneuver. A short walk to the Himley Hall park was relax and memorable.

The location was perfect, just a 20 minute walk to the Utilita Arena. Edgebaston Village just a couple minutes walk. The room itself was very spacious and very well equipped.

I’ve stayed at many hotels and for the first time I’d like to write a review. The housekeeping/cleaning staff does great job, the room was always clean, tea and coffee packs were always filled. There is no smell, everything is new or maybe the staff kept everything in a very good condition idk. So many hotels in the UK smell bad, with very old furniture, but this hotel is an exception. We really felt good coming back to our room everyday. Thank you.
