A nice family resort, not commercialised but with just enough attractions to make a visit enjoyable. Great promenade, good shopping area. Shame that that part of the coast has stoney beaches rather than sand.

Lovely pier and it looks like a nice town but we were only in the area for one night. The beach is alright but it's mainly shingle and it didn't look ideal for swimming as there seemed to be quite a drop once people got into the water. I'd like to visit again to do a bit more exploring.

A nice place for family trips or outings with your friends.

A nice place for family trips or outings with your friends. IMO it has a similar vibe to Brighton but with less crowds and traffic. It has a vibrant night life if you know where to look. Although from out of town, everywhere we went felt familiar and welcoming. Plenty to do during the day and well situated if you want to venture off to Brighton/Hove for the day.

I am fond of Worthing and have been a number of times. If you like traditional seaside resorts this is ideal: overall well kept, some nice shops & restaurants, superb original pier. Choice of theatre entertainment. All less crowded than Brighton

I would not bother!!! Having lived there until a year ago. Very run down. Roads either rough & bumpy or potholes. Scruffy & unkept area. Looks like the council are not spending money to encourage visitors. Verges not cut & in places weeds growing out of the kerbs. Will NOT come back!! Does not appeal in the slightest!

We were very impressed with the public transport very constant and very helpful bus drivers . Plenty of places to eat and drink . The only thing my Lady found a little bit concerning was in some of the vacant shops people sleeping in the door ways I appreciate they are obviously homeless but they all had mobile phones . Cigarettes and alcohol

Lovely welcoming host and lovely sized clean and comfortable room. Short distance from the start of the Southdowns 50 ultra hence why myself and another guest stayed here. Approx 20min walk from seafront and pier. Lovely cooked breakfast day after the ultra and lots of lovely little finishing touchrs in rooms. Would recommend staying here and would definately stay here if I come back to Worthing or run this ultra again.

Great location in a really lovely quiet end of Worthing, some lovely little shops in close proximity, a short walk to town centre and pier and right on the seafront. The sea-facing bar/restaurant also looked very inviting. the decor of the hotel was lovely and felt modern and light.

We are moving to Worthing and stayed in several hotels whilst house hunting. This was the first time we stayed here and wish we had found it sooner ! Great hotel with lovely staff. I believe it recently had a refurbishment and they have done a fantastic job.

Location is perfect for access to Worthing promenade, restaurants, shops etc, all walking distance. Easy access to bus services, for visiting other towns on the coast. Gardens adjacent to Hotel gave us a “Mini” car rally, and then Worthing food festival.
