Requested a lower floor room and that wasn't an issue, and the room was massive. Bed was huge and mattress is not too soft, not too hard. Armchair, desk area, tea and coffee, hairdryer, wardrobe. Room 1 has a wet room with lots of assistance handles, shower seat, and 2 alarm pulls in bathroom. Staff were really friendly, and were happy for us to leave our bags for us inbetween checkout time and the time we were catching our train home. Loved the location - it is opposite Worthing train station (Worthing central station NOT East Worthing or West Worthing). The food was great (serve breakfast, budget lunch menu, and food menu served until 9:30pm), but you are also allowed to get a takeaway ordered to the hotel to eat in your room. There is a door that you can go in and out of, 24hrs a day, away from the hotel, which is convenient. Radiator with a digital temperature control that you can increase/decrease the temperature yourself.

We were very impressed with the public transport very constant and very helpful bus drivers . Plenty of places to eat and drink . The only thing my Lady found a little bit concerning was in some of the vacant shops people sleeping in the door ways I appreciate they are obviously homeless but they all had mobile phones . Cigarettes and alcohol

It was a cold, wet and windy day so we spent very little time attempting to take a walk, but happily found the superb Sea Lane Cafe where it was warm and welcoming. Like everyone, we sat in the upstairs enclosed area, and enjoyed the most delicious soup. The cakes looked wonderful so we bought a couple of huge bits of bread pud to take away - also delicious.

Very nice, seriously cold in winter, but great for a quiet break. Worthing has everything required, plenty of food places and shops. Excellent theatre with great entertainment... Last weekend of every February having an all dayer of Rock n Roll. Easy access to rest of destinations on way to Brighton...... Loads of charity shops selling quality items. Tip.... Leave The Royal Beijing well alone. Food is seriously Not Good.

The town of Worthing has a sense of vitality and fun about it. The population is a mixture of ages and caters to a wide range of tastes. The shopping is pretty good. I love the seafront at Worthing. There is something very elegant about the layout and the plantation of trees and shrubs along the seafront gives it great character.
Good destination for kids of all ages with some well-managed and maintained playgrounds, the beach where sand is accessible at low tide and remarkable soft play and wall-climbing place in the outskirts of Worthing. There's theatre and cinema and the library has a great kids section. There are a lot of eating and drinking places available.

Worthing is a typical seaside town.
Worthing is a typical seaside town. The position of this property is foot steps away from the shingle beach and miles of promenade. There are more facilities now for the young in Worthing plus a free pier and a theatre which has a year round program. The 700 sea front bus travels all the way to Bright in one direction and to Littlehampton to the west.{It does go beyond to Portsmouth.

To be honest, I actually live in worthing, but stayed at the chatsworth hotel as I was getting married.
However, the sea front is a lovely place to walk with the family. The beach is great, very pebbley, but there are wide areas of sand. Several hotels covering various price brackets, lots of restaurants along the sea front. I highly recommend the arcade fish restaurant. A little pricey but the food and service and wonderful. The town isnt tourist centred, it's just your average south coast town, scruffy, not much to do, unless you you want coffee, second hand jewellery or phone repairs!
Excellent location and a balcony with a beautiful view overlooking the sea.
Very welcoming, clean and modern flat with all necessities provided.
Hosts were amazing, friendly and professional and went out of their way to help us stick to a tight time schedule.
Will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Worthing.
Very conveniently located that we were able to park right outside. The seafront is just right on the doorstep. The bed was very comfortable, good small double room and it was warm when we walked in. Martin was welcoming. We felt at home even though it was just an overnight stay. Breakfast was substantial. It was a lovely visit to Worthing :)
The staff were all excellent and very friendly.
The room was exactly as expected and a lovely little welcome pack for our dog!
The hotel and restaurant buildings are really pretty and looked lovely decorated for Christmas.
My only feedback would be the food and wine was bordering on over priced. That said it was really very nice!
We had a very warm welcome and a lovely stay. Room very comfortable and friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was fantastic with a great menu full of choice. Although parking is first come first served there was lots of space and the hotel is very convenient for exploring Worthing. Would highly recommend.
The hotel is in a great location for Worthing, close to the sea shore, a short walk into town and a lovely quiet road.
The staff were fabulous, friendly, helpful and very approachable.
The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed.
We had breakfast which was lovely and set us up for the day.
We enjoyed our short 2 night family stay at the Burlington. Restaurant was great, we had Dinner on the first night and Breakfast choices each day was fantastic, perfect for the kids too. Great location on the seafront, with Worthing Town centre and pier only a 10 minute walk. Would happily stay again. 👍
Nice and clean. Friendly welcome. Breakfast was nice - pleased to get both soya and dairy milk.
Shower good.
Was actually nice and quiet overnight compared to the hotels on the seafront - so this is a bonus!
A bit further from beach than I perhaps thought but still accessible to lots of areas.
More than pleased definitely the place to stay in Worthing. Mark the proprietor was a star, very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was excellent the full English was incredibly prepared and delicious. We normally stay at 4 star hotels but from now on we wouldn't stay anywhere else Worthing.
This is a lovely professionally family-run hotel. The location is perfect to explore Worthing the room was comfortable and the bed was very nice. The staff were attentive and helpful and the breakfast very good. Next time we return to Worthing we will be staying here again.
The owners of the property were absolutely amazing! They were so kind and welcoming, especially with our children. Breakfast was great and our room was clean. The location was perfect to take in all that the Worthing Beachfront has to offer! We will be back!
Lovely building with friendly staff, comfortable room and GREAT beer brewed on site. Very good breakfasts. Parking available on site. Located near to seafront and Worthing main railway station. All round a very nice stay indeed.
Hotel was adjacent to the pub so caused no problems. Plenty of hotel guest parking. Room was comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities.
