Nice simple and clean setup. Owner was very quickly in solving a minor mistake of not setting up for 2 single beds. Was resolved and got some chocolate for the inconveniences...

A nice family resort, not commercialised but with just enough attractions to make a visit enjoyable. Great promenade, good shopping area. Shame that that part of the coast has stoney beaches rather than sand.

Lovely pier and it looks like a nice town but we were only in the area for one night. The beach is alright but it's mainly shingle and it didn't look ideal for swimming as there seemed to be quite a drop once people got into the water.
I'd like to visit again to do a bit more exploring.

A nice place for family trips or outings with your friends.
A nice place for family trips or outings with your friends. IMO it has a similar vibe to Brighton but with less crowds and traffic. It has a vibrant night life if you know where to look. Although from out of town, everywhere we went felt familiar and welcoming.
Plenty to do during the day and well situated if you want to venture off to Brighton/Hove for the day.

I am fond of Worthing and have been a number of times. If you like traditional seaside resorts this is ideal: overall well kept, some nice shops & restaurants, superb original pier. Choice of theatre entertainment. All less crowded than Brighton

I would not bother!!! Having lived there until a year ago. Very run down. Roads either rough & bumpy or potholes. Scruffy & unkept area. Looks like the council are not spending money to encourage visitors. Verges not cut & in places weeds growing out of the kerbs.
Will NOT come back!! Does not appeal in the slightest!

We were very impressed with the public transport very constant and very helpful bus drivers . Plenty of places to eat and drink . The only thing my Lady found a little bit concerning was in some of the vacant shops people sleeping in the door ways I appreciate they are obviously homeless but they all had mobile phones . Cigarettes and alcohol
Living locally and having to stay somewhere due to building work for a few nights I chose the highdown as it was the cheapest and most convenient for me.
What I expected and what I got were two different things completely, the rooms are set away from the pub and have been tastefully decorated and furnished with quality fixtures, the bathrooms were really nice and the shower pressure was unreal ! The food was exceptional. This hotel and restaurant really is a hidden gem in the local area, kudos to the owners and team.
I was expecting a budget but reasonable hotel room. But I was very surprised t the quality of the place. The location was a bonus 20 yd from the seafront. No problem getting free parking. I’m expecting to be in Worthing again in a few weeks, definitely going to stay there again if there’s vacancies.
The studio is lovely, well decorated and tidy. The beds are comfy are too the location is perfect too, walking distance from the seafront and Worthing town centre so saves any need to drive in and park there. Parking is also easy on the street if you bring more than one car which is brilliant.
Great location in a really lovely quiet end of Worthing, some lovely little shops in close proximity, a short walk to town centre and pier and right on the seafront. The sea-facing bar/restaurant also looked very inviting. the decor of the hotel was lovely and felt modern and light.
Brand new, beautiful hotel, very slick, stylish and boujie feel. We were very impressed with the standard of the rooms, felt very cosy like a country home. The staff were so friendly as well, this is now probably the nicest hotel in Worthing! 10/10 highly recommend
