There are a number of places to eat.
There are a number of places to eat. I thought the "Thieves Kitchen" was a great place for a meal, I ate there twice. Earlier in the week, Worthing seemed very quiet but I was told by a local that things livened up at the weekend, so maybe on hindsight I should have opted for a Friday to Monday visit. I travelled down by train but there are a number of public transport options, Brighton is an obvious draw, with a very frequent bus service and I also visited Arundel with it's magnificent castle and Roman Catholic Cathedral.Guest review byAdrianUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Hard to find activities nearby for under 12's went into Brighton on 700 bus. This is now every 12 mins and is an amazing service. We missed not being there for a weekend for the fair/ circus ? We enjoyed the restaurants. Lovely Arcade and shops. Particularly the choice for vegetarian meals. Loved being close to the Seafront Pier and theatre. Hopefully town centre improvements will NOT exclude the traditional seaside attractions/businesses which look like they are struggling. Long live the British seaside holiday!
