Proximity to walk to Warwick Castle was great. Quiet & comfortable. Nice fluffy large towels and comfy beds/bedding. Modern bathroom. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast included. The room had everything we needed. Wish we had arrived a little earlier to enjoy a drink down in the bar.

The location was perfect for work I needed to do at Warwick University and had good transport links for my visit to Leamington Spa. The room and bathroom were really clean the shower worked well. Breakfast was lovely and included juice and hot pastries (delivered to the room), enjoyed with the in room tea, coffee and hot chocolate facilities. The hosts were really efficient and friendly.

Had a large, comfortable room with a nice view of the lawn. Jamie does a great job of keeping the place welcoming, clean and well cared for, including providing a great breakfast. Only minutes from the airport, too. Hope to have a chance to stay again.
