we live in Yate and have no issues with Yate. Chipping Sodbury (the next town) is what visitor's would like to see - an old market town. We were at the Cross hands for a 30th birthday party and know the hotel well. It is well situated for the cotswold, Bath, Bristol and just fantastic countryside but you will need a car.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

The sausage and bacon were a bit ropey so I didn't each much / any of them, just the beans egg etc. I did really like the hotel, however, warm and friendly feel to it and great staff.Guest review byAbbyUnited Kingdom

What a change now. Perfect location for the site I was working at. On site Italian restaurant and wine bar with a really good menu and very reasonable prices.
