We’ve been fortunate enough to travel a lot, and to experience some amazing accommodations, from mountain lodges to over water villas. And yet, here I am, placing Bioli on my top 3 best places to stay. From the perfect location outside the crowded Tbilisi, to the amazing services provided by the staff, there is not a single small thing that I would have expected to be different. Highly recommend this property.

My mom and I had a very nice quality time together being surrounded by the oak trees. The best part was that we were literally in the forest in our small but cozy and comfortable cabin. If you enjoy walking in the woods, this is definitely your place. Everything was clean and ready for us to enjoy our stay. The hosts were nice.

A fantastic stay! The hotel is located on a peaceful street, just a short walk or quick ride to the city’s main spots. My room was spacious, very clean, and included a balcony with a lovely cityscape view—great for unwinding in the evening. Breakfast was rich in variety and flavor, and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. Their warm hospitality truly elevated the experience. Excellent value, and the overall atmosphere made it feel more like a boutique stay than a typical hotel. I’d definitely choose this place again for a future Tbilisi visit.

The hotel left a great impression! The room was cleaned daily, and all necessary toiletries were provided. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The location is very convenient — we came for a concert at the stadium, which was just a 20-minute walk away.
