The whole hotel concept is an experience itself. really amazing interior and exterior design, very comfortable and for me is #1 for weekend getaways. sad that I don't live in Georgia to visit more.

i was in bakuriani for the world championships in freestyle skiing. the town was electrified and all set up to welcome the best athletes in the world for this event. a lot of thought and effort went into it and everything ran quite smoothly. the event went smoothly, the town activities were a lot of fun. bakuriani is not easy to get to. it is 3.5 hours from the tblisi airport and the last section of road had many potholes, and is quite curvy. so be prepared. the food was excellent, lots of fresh vegetables and specialty dishes. easy for me as i am a vegetarian . the people were friendly and eager to interact. if you are visiting tblisi and would like a few days in the mountains i would recommend. the ski equipment for rent is not great, so perhaps bring your own. i imagine the summertime would be really nice as well. make sure to eat at the kokhta bakuriani restaurant located in the plaza.

The location of the house was in the center. The house was so beautiful, clean and spacious that one could imagine that he was in his own home. The kitchen, dishes, bedding of the house were very neat and clean. The owner of the house is a very nice person, he helped us a lot. Even though there is a heating system He also sent an electric heater for us to heat the house better. I would recommend MG Sweet home to everyone without hesitation.

The location of the Studio Room was perfect, overlooking the Rooms Hotel Kokhta terrace. It was slightly noisy during the evenings, but even with a 2 year kid, it was not creating any discomfort. In overall, everything was good.

Bakuriani is no different from Borjomi. Almost the same attractions the water falls, the horses....I thought I wasted another 4 hours on the road, I could have stayed in one hotel for one more night instead of moving to another city to see the same things. So either this or that. We eat Hala food, so there was one stop river side. we picked a sheep 🐑 and it was slaughtered in aislamic way right there and there at the river side. and BBQ for us. It was nice experience facing the mountains and the sound of the river. We saw other families eat 1/2 the sheep and take the rest for later BBQ. We asked to BBQ1/2 only which was enough for us as small family It cost around 300 GL 1/2 sheep. A bit experienced. You can pay way less if you can speak georgian I guess.

The guest house is very spacious, clean and cozy. The price is probably the best you can get in Bakuriani and the place is well situated : there is a supermarket not far and the house is next to a bus stop (ideal to go to the different ski resorts around the city!). Georgi was a fantastic host, he helped me to learn skiing, gave me all the info I needed and even gave me one more day free of charge. I recommend this guest house.
