Truly caring about their guests and they keep a clean, good for value and extremely convenient establishment right across the street from all main ski attractions. Their full board comes at an excellent rate even during high season. Highly recommended especially for families with young children! We already booked our next stay!

GeorgiaWe were really glad to stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly. Location is really good, you have no need to use your car to get to the the slope it's right in front of the hotel. The hotel very tidy, sound insulation is very good. Really pet-friendly staff.

place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — close to forest,yet quiet and relaxing.Host was incredibly welcoming and quick to respond, even sharing great local recommendations that made our trip even better. We felt right at home and would definitely love to return.

Bakuriani is a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway! Beautiful nature, fresh mountain air, and a peaceful atmosphere make it perfect for both families and couples. There are plenty of outdoor activities year-round, and the town has a cozy charm. I really enjoyed my time here and would love to come back!

If you like mountain skiing this place is for you.
If you like mountain skiing this place is for you. There are a lot of different mountain resorts (at least 5), ski passes are not expensive, routes are interesting and well-paved trails. In the village you can fond also a lot of entertainments.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who went above and beyond to assist me. My room was spotless, well-maintained, spacious, well-equipped, and especially appreciated the comfortable beds and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The restaurant food was delicious and the service was attentive. I had a fantastic time and i will definitely be back! I enjoyed a relaxing and convenient stay. The location is perfect — right next to a park, with restaurants just 2 minutes away on foot, and a supermarket literally in the same building as the hotel. The hotel room has everything you need for a stay, even a long one. The kitchen is much better equipped than in other hotels I’ve stayed at before. There’s also a great view from the balcony. The hotel offers a swimming pool, which should be really nice in winter.

I recently stayed at Sapphire Bakuriani and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was convenient, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The dining options were excellent, and I felt I got great value for my money. I highly recommend Sapphire hotel to anyone visiting Bakuriani.

Perfect place for family trip, 100% recommended!
Best location in Bakuriani, 5 minutes walk from Crystal cable car, all shops and restaurants are nearby, 5 minutes drive from center.
Apartment was very clean and comfortable, with all facilities provided.
Very friendly and helpful host.
Would definitely get back to this place again!
