I think it was the best location I ever stayed. The woman Miranda at the reception is polite and friendly and it is a pleasure to communicate with her. The view from the room window is breathtaking, and nobody ever walks in front of window, so it feels kind of isolated. The bed is super comfortable, and curtains are dark enough, so we didn't wake up early because of the sunlight. Also I liked the wooden smell in the room. And I was surprised that there is a good WiFi signal! The restaurant is cozy to sit in the evening and there are good boardgames. It was a great pleasure to stay here.

This is such a peaceful property. Beautiful garden area with swing, lounge chairs, tables, and shaded dining area. Lots of sun, and lots of breeze on hot days. The owner's home is very charming, with a cozy living area that she welcomes you to spend time in (with cool cultural displays) and a great porch. The bathroom was one of the best we've experienced after five months in the Caucuses. The owner is very friendly, sweet, and helpful. Food was good. ROom was small and simple, but had lots of storage shelves and suited out needs.

Wonderful host. The location was spectacular with gorgeous views all around. Super comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook for yourself. Appreciate the small touches like instant coffee and tea. Easy check in and check out. Juta is an amazing place and we highly recommend staying at this apartment.

    Jut'a is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful wide valley...

    Jut'a is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful wide valley to hike in with a view of the mountains. While I absolutely would NOT stay at 5th Season again, they are a great place to spend the day eating (bring your own alcoholic beverages as theirs aren't good) and staring at the peaks, even if you don't want to hike.

    Unbelievably beautiful, this is an area that is straight out of a fairy tale, I have been to many countries, however I have never experienced this beautiful mix of grass, rivers, trees and icy mountain tops in one area. IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE HEADING TO JUT'A, IT'S EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT YOU SUPPLY FOOD AND OTHER THINGS YOU MAY NEED FROM STEPANTSMINDA "KAZBEGI' BEFORE YOU GO TO JUT'A, I WAS GOING CAMPING IN THE MOUNTAIN AND MADE A HUGE MISTAKE OF NOT SUPPLYING FROM STEPANTSMINDA THINKING THAT I WILL SUPPLY FROM JUT'A, BUT TO MY SHOCK THERE WAS NO SUPERMARKET IN JUT'A AND ONLY ONE LOUZY RESTAURANT WITH RUDE OWNER AND HALF OF THE MENU MISSING.

    Mountains!

    Mountains! That's really all there is to say about the place. It's a great staging point for inspiring hikes or horseback rides. It is incredible beautiful, but very little infrastructure (aimed at tourists or otherwise).
