GeorgiaI have been to many hotels in Mestia and this one exceeded my expectations. It's one of the best hotels in this price line in Mestia. It was the cleanest hotel I have ever seen in Mestia and even outside of it. Facilities working perfectly and bed was very comfortable. Host was very helpful. Great location, close to the center and main attractions. I'll definitely book it next time too.

IndonesiaThis hotel / homestay in Mazeri, Georgia, completely blew me away! The location is absolutely breathtaking, nestled with jaw-dropping views of Caucasus Mountains that left me speechless. The spotlessly clean rooms come wiht private bathroom and a balcony, the beds are comfortable. We could see peak Mazeri from our window. The on-site cafe was serving delicious, hearty homemade food. The owners were attentive and made us feel right at home. The fire pit area was the perfect spot to soak in the stunning mountain views. Hands-down, this was the best days I spent in Svaneti, and I can’t recommend this place enough!

ColombiaThis was such a great stay. I didn’t want to leave the room because of how warm and comfortable it was. Breakfast was delicious and on big quantity as well. My room was 10/10 on cleaniness and had everything I needed. Definitely an incredible hotel and a delicious bakery smell right when you come in. The merengue/coconut cake is to die for! Delicious!

United StatesMestia Inn was impressively clean an modern. The bed was super comfortable and the view from our room on the small balcony was quite nice. The staff helped us to arrange a private taxi later in the week and to store some luggage. We only stayed for one night, but it would be very comfortable to stay here longer. As a bonus for us, it's right near the starting point of the 4 day Mestai to Ushguli hike that we came to Mestia to do.

Safe village with rich Svaneti Historical museum. Worth to visit Laghami church as well. In the country, which is famous for wines, visiting local beer brewery "Setieli" might be an exotic adventure and fun.
Favourite place to eat Lanchvali restaurant, if too tired to get up to the hill, "Lushnu Our" might be the second choise, although too crowdy.
Cable car get you up to Zuruldi masiff. Mestia is great location for those who enjoy one day trecking and walks.

We really liked Mestia surrounded by magnificent mountains.
We really liked Mestia surrounded by magnificent mountains. It's a small cozy town. Wooden and stone buildings perfectly complement the mountain scenery.
As for food, for a small town there is a good choice of restaurants, cafes, and there are also small grocery stores.
We mostly went hiking near Mestia and got a lot of positive impressions, enjoying the amazing scenery.

Mestia is an excellent starting point for the Svaneti region. Although practically a large village - it has many facilities for travelers and tourists. If you want to understand this region - do start with Mestia!

One of the most beautiful places in the world - amazing...
One of the most beautiful places in the world - amazing views, pristine nature, ancient unique history and culture, a lot of interesting beautiful places around, so many activities in the place and in around villages (fishing, horse, car or bicycle rental, hiking, visiting museums, restaurants including with a live music, sauna etc.) And again really adorable views at first.

In Mestia, we saw the Ethnographic Museum, the Margiani...
In Mestia, we saw the Ethnographic Museum, the Margiani Museum, the Mikheil Khergiani Museum, we saw Ushba and the Ethnographic Museum there, the Svan towers, the water and food in Mestia are very delicious, the air is clean, the local people are extraordinary, we still have other places to see and we plan to visit Svaneti again.

The journey up through the mountains from Zugdidi to Mestia is itself outstanding for the beauty of the mountain scenery that one passes through. Mestia provides many opportunities to explore the high Caucasus Mointains with its many guided tours that are on offer locally.

One of the absolute best places I have ever stayed. You are taken care of in the best way. Rati was such an amazing host. Helped to organize trips and invited us for an very special evening were we were toasting the Georgian way and discussed life. Lot to learn from this amazing guy!
Newly renovated rooms, great location, great breakfast.
So happy we found this place! Made our stay in Mestia special. Look no further, this is the place.

We didn’t actually end up staying at this guesthouse as we were told upon contacting the property prior to our arrival that they were unable to accommodate us due to technical reasons. Only the grandmother was at the home and no other family members were in mestia. We were offered a stay at the svaneti hotel in the alternative with for no extra charge which was great. We slept well and the room and bathroom were clean.

Our stay was very nice and we were happy to choose that hotel.
The staff was very helpful - we needed to get a transport to the Cross over Mestia (on the way to Koruldi Lakes) and they organised it for us which was very nice.
Definitely the best thing about our stay was breakfast! There is a big choice of food, you can eat very well also when you're vegetarian.

The hotel was our home base for exploring the wonderful Svaneti, the region where you can experience Georgia at the best! We found a very clean room, very comfortable beds, a spectacular terrace, a very central location and above all an exceptional staff! Without a doubt this hotel is an added value to an unforgettable stay as only Mestia and Svaneti can offer.

We had a really great stay at this guest house. After walking the Mestia-Ushguli trek this guest house feels like a 5 star hotel with lovely food, a really beautiful view of the mountains and good service as well. Definitely the best guest house on our hike!
