I dont know if words can justify my stay. The place was one of the best places I have stayed in anywhere I have been. The staff was kind, friendly, and professional. The room was spotless and honestly felt at home. They also have a wonderful patio with a view of the city. I highly recommend this place short or long term. It felt like home.

This property was very cute and very clean. It’s located in a perfect area to walk around. The host was very very kind and gave me recommendations of things to do nearby. This hotel had a small kitchen area with a sink, fridge, and bar table/chairs. I only stayed one night, but these features would definitely make it a great location for a longer stay. Unfortunately it was raining while I was there, but the porch and other outdoor amenities seem delightful!

Easily THE BEST property in Kutaisi. It's a boutique stay with just a few very well maintained rooms and a beautiful lawn. The host, George is a generous young entrepreneur with perfect attention to detail to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. The location is bang on in the center of the city with easy access and with all the major attractions/essentials within walking distance. The room is fully equipped with all the essentials. Loved it!

Everything from check-in to check-out was immaculate. I'll start by saying I've never seen a better design for a room. The lighting and arrangment of furniture, bed and bathroom was flawless and funtional. Even to the smallest detail of finding my favorite soap, seeing all the lights, switches and power outlets in the perfect place really goes to show the effort made to make my stay the most comfortable and relaxing I've had. The self check-in process was easy and comfortable, the staff excellent, and the location perfect for those wanting to enjoy the real energy of Kutaisi. The inspiring modern design of Rotel has motivated me to make chages in my own home. All in all, if I could give more than 10 I would. Bravo to all people involved in making this Hotel.
