We stayed here for a couple of nights and were impressed with the condition and quality of the house. Yes, it's all brand-new, but unlike the cheap facilities you often find in random huts. It's more like a well-furnished, perfectly organized city-center apartment than a village house. And that’s even though the outside isn’t fully finished yet. Of course, we enjoyed the serenity of the valley and the great view of Kazbegi.

Cottage is in great condition: everything is new, neds are clean and comfortable, shower works well. Panoramic views on both sides are incredible! Village itself has a really chill vibe and also very authentic. And especially I want to tell about our host - we can rather late (~22:00), but she helped us to ogranize outdoor fireplace, brought us additional stuff by request, and communication was smooth, gentle and welcoming. Thank you!!

I loved every moment of my stay. The room was spotless and perfectly maintained — every detail was carefully thought out. You can also taste very delicious tea at the hotel. The girls at the reception were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their kindness really made my stay feel comfortable and welcoming. The hotel offers stunning views, and the whole atmosphere is ideal if you want to spend calm autumn days in a quiet and cozy place. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel in Kazbegi!
