We stayed here for a couple of nights and were impressed with the condition and quality of the house. Yes, it's all brand-new, but unlike the cheap facilities you often find in random huts. It's more like a well-furnished, perfectly organized city-center apartment than a village house. And that’s even though the outside isn’t fully finished yet. Of course, we enjoyed the serenity of the valley and the great view of Kazbegi.

Cottage is in great condition: everything is new, neds are clean and comfortable, shower works well. Panoramic views on both sides are incredible! Village itself has a really chill vibe and also very authentic. And especially I want to tell about our host - we can rather late (~22:00), but she helped us to ogranize outdoor fireplace, brought us additional stuff by request, and communication was smooth, gentle and welcoming. Thank you!!

The most amazing hotel in the area, with a stunning view and a lovely balcony – we enjoyed every moment! But most importantly, we want to give a big shout-out to the hosts! You were amazing and made our stay truly perfect. When my partner wasn’t feeling well and considered skipping dinner, you generously set up a full meal for us free of charge – just so we would cheer up.
