The apartment was very clean, all applancies work well and location is quite close from park ."Spring No.6" is 10-15 min walking distance. Owner of the appartment Mr. Paata is very frendly and good man, any time willing to help - helped us with many questions which save us a lot of time with registering to Spring No.6 and start treatment procedures. There is free private secured parking under window. Highly reccomend this appartment.

Tskaltubo is a charming city that beautifully blends history with natural beauty. Known for its famous mineral springs and stunning landscapes, it offers visitors a unique experience. The lush greenery and tranquil atmosphere create a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The city's rich history is evident in its architecture and landmarks, which tell stories of the past. I enjoyed exploring the local parks and taking leisurely walks by the springs, which are a significant attraction.
The hospitality of the locals added to the warmth of the city, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. Overall, Tskaltubo is a hidden gem worth exploring, whether you're seeking relaxation or a glimpse into its fascinating history.

This town is the local capital of spa centres.
This town is the local capital of spa centres. I recommend this impressive town to the lovers of old Stalin-era architecture and Georgian spa procedures. Plus, there are several abandoned spa resorts built in the 1950s. They are exciting in order to see original and authentic facades and masterpieces of architecture :)

It's not for everyone - Tskaltubo is a quite small town, a once flourishing health resort that appears to be getting back on its feet. The Spring No.6 is a great spa complex with matter- of-fact but essentially great treatments with the " water of immortality" and the town is quiet, safe, green, and great for a health holiday on a budget.
Also, if you love old Soviet architecture, better go before it is too late as the abandoned resorts are really crumbling, whereas some are getting a much-needed restoration now.

Well it still respires the grand old days. Things have gone into disrepair somehow, but I an see picking up in the coming years. Lot's of green spaces and walking opportunities. Everything relatively close. For example Sataplia nature reserve and Prometeus caves. Kutaisi also close. Easy to reach with Minibus or taxi. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with plenty of Spa definitely the place to go.

The overall ambience of the hotel was relaxing and inviting.
The house is exceptionally clean and comfortable, making it ideal for a small family, whether for a vacation or a long-term stay. It comes fully furnished and is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with local grocery shops nearby. Additionally, it's just a 10-minute walk from the famous Tskaltubo Park and resort area. The host is very helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay.
So we were reading bad reviews before coming to this hotel and honestly were preparing for worse. But they did fix many things that were mentioned in previous comments (like the road sign and balcony). Breakfast also was pretty okay as well as the coffee machine in the room.
The coolest hotel I've ever visited. It's an old hotel from Soviet times, part operational and part abandoned. If you are into history and urbex you definitely have to stay here at least one night.
