This is a wonderful location to spend your holiday. From the first moments, the host, Georgia, was like a ray of sunshine. She welcomed us very warmly and her bubbly personality made us feel instantly refreshed and all of our fatigue just vanished. Our rooms were very clean, very cozy, facing the sea and equipped with literally everything we could want. The kitchenette is small but has an induction stove, a coffee maker, a sink, plates and glasses and tableware, basically everything. We also found some complementary goodies: two bottles of water, two coffee capsules and a bottle of wine in each room (we had two rooms booked). The balcony is not small and since it was facing east, toward the marina, it was the perfect place to relax in the shade while enjoying the fresh air that the island offers. The location is perfect. You can find everything withing walking distance. Just around the corner, there is a medic's office and a police station (not that anyone might need those) and about 100 meters away there are more than a dozen restaurants and terraces. Just beyond those there is a market shop and beaches. The bus station is very close by if you need to go somewhere else. I'll say it again: perfect. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the island.

everything is perfect here. The location ,the bed and the environment. you can see the sea just in front of your balcony, and many restaurants around. you can get everything you want, moreover, Paul and Virginia are so nice and warm. they helped us to the airport when we have an early flight. They are so kind, and we received Virginia’s homemade cookies when we arrived. We spent 6 days at the hotel, it was very relaxing. Highly recommended!!!

We loved our stay here! The location was great especially since we rented a car, and lots of parking down one of the side streets 5 min walk away! The restaurant, Avra by the beach, had amazing breakfast highly recommend and the town of Benitsis was so peaceful and very friendly locals. Would highly recommend staying here!

The hosts are very friendly, letting us check in late at night, and even storing a cake we had with us in their own personal refrigerator after we checked out. The apartment was very clean, and had all the facilities for a comfortable stay, even if you want to cook simple meals. It's also equipped with a refrigerator, and air conditioner. Outside, you're greeted by a beautiful ocean view. Also, it's very well located close to the center of Benitses (about 30 mins to Corfu town by car, or 45 by bus). Additionally, there are several markets and shops near the apartment.

    Lovely modern apartments in a great location, nice and quiet but only a few minutes walk to restaurants and the beach. All the staff we spoke to were lovely and friendly and everything we needed for the children was provided. The 2 bedroom apartments had a large well equipped kitchen and good size bedrooms with comfortable beds.

    We stayed in a studio that had everything necessary, including the little kitchen and kitchenware to cook sometimes. The rooms have AC, which helps a lot with the heat. The room is cleaned every day. The beaches near the apartment are nice enough to spend time by the sea. There are places nearby to buy groceries. Important if you stay in Benitses: Don't go to Coop; take the bus and go to LIDL instead or use the mini-markets in Benitses.

    Beautiful new modern apartments with everything you need. The clear azure sea is 100 meters from the apartments. Free parking. The owner Nikos was very kind, allowing us to stay until 6 p.m., although we had to check out before 11. We were very pleased with our vacation, everything was at the highest level.
