Excellent hotel and highly recommended for families! The staff is professional, kind and always happy to assist, the reception and guest relation staff did everything to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The food is excellent with a wide variety, if you book all inclusive you're able to choose to dine at the main dining room or in one of the many restaurants the hotel has to offer (the food at the main dining room however is the best, you even have low buffet with food and plates especially for kids). The facilities are great with many activities during the day both for adults and kids; yoga, aqua balance board, darts, archery, movie night, dj sessions, workouts and more! The team of the kids club is amazing and they also provide supervised sessions with special activities for the kids. You also have a water park with swimming pool for babies. At the hotel you can find everything you need: convenient store, car rental desk, and day tours desk. We also enjoyed the spa treatments, don't miss it. We will definitely return, thank you!

The Albatross Villas are ideal for individuals or families/groups of people seeking tranquility in an exceptionally well-built and kept "home from home". The place as the total antithesis to Faliraki (Rhodes) or Malia (Crete) type of nightlife kind of resort, so if nightlife is what you are seeking, Albatross villas will probably disappoint you: there is "nothing going on" for at least an hours' drive away (perhaps Lindos is the exception). However, if what you are after is a place to unwind, do your own BBQ and walk back and forth between the sea and the infinity pool, enjoy nature (including regularly bumping into the famous Rhodes deer) and overall enjoy the peace and silence the Albatross Villas offer (especially if you happen to have chosen the second August full-moon week!) , your vacation will be truly unforgettable. Besides the location and amenities of the place itself, the care that Donna takes of the guests, from the moment she sets up over WhatsApp a meeting to welcome guests, provide practical information and hand the house keys (any time of day or night) to the moment she waves people good-bye, only adds to the overall personal touch. Having discovered Albatross Villas, my family and I, for one, are more than likely to return to the place in years to come!

The apartment is in a great location, in the center, close to the sea, with a swimming pool. Next to it there is everything we needed: shops, a bakery (delicious pastries, baked daily), a greengrocer, souvenir shops, restaurants serving delicious food. There is a car rental (Coral) on the other side of the street, service is fast and hassle-free, and the cars are really neat, well-equipped and at a good price. The owner of the apartment is Matt. Matt is a very nice and very helpful man. Contact with him from the very beginning was great. He was waiting for us on arrival to hand over the keys. He greeted us very nicely with a freshly baked brownie, fruits and a bottle of wine. The apartment is very clean and very well equipped. Exactly as it can be seen in the pictures. Everything you need is there. The kitchen is fully equipped. An additional advantage is the terrace, where you can eat meals with family every day and spend time swimming in the pool in the meantime. I definitely recommend this place and city (Gennadi). You can relax there, rest, meet nice people. It is also a good starting point for those who like to practice water sports. The villa was stunning. Spotless. The 10m pool was perfect for our needs. Plenty of outdoor space and seating/sun loungers. Communication with Nicos was first class and couldn't be more helpful. His father came 3 times in our 2 weeks to clean the pool. Always gave us notice of his arrival. A fantastic welcome pack awaited us plus the house was stocked with many essentials which we replaced as necessary. The villa was a 15 min walk to the lovely village of Gennadi however the road was fairly busy.. A car, while not essential as it was on a bus route, it was handy for shopping and otherwise exploring Genaddi, while small, had everything you needed with great restaurants and bars and a fabulous bakery come cafe, that served the best coffee, ever, and great array of cakes and pastries. I would return in a heartbeat.

A beautiful vila with all the amenities that we needed. The pool area and the grill area were our favourite. Also all of our questions were answered quickly. We had here a great time and we will surely come back.

Amazing accommodation. Really high spec - had everything you could want for a stay. Pool was a good size. Walking distance from the sea and the village. Good restaurants in the vicinity. Owner on hand for anything you required.
