Location was really good, local beeches are really nice. Room was good value for money. I liked the thin blanket on the beds as Crete gets hot and the heat can stay after the sun goes down. Lovely sunrise that came in through our window in the morning. Plenty of space opposite the front entrance to park cars. Bus stop only a 10-20 minuet walk away (depends on how slow you get in the heat), shops are between a 3-15 minuet walk (depending on which one you want to go to) and there is a beautiful church at the end of the road by the sea.

The staff was very polite and kind, we were also amazed at how well they upheld the pandemic health measures (masks always on). The rooms were very clean and smell amazing, and the facilities too were very well maintained. The food was quite delicious, especially if you take a chance to eat at the a la carte restaurant. Being next to two beaches it's ideal if you want to explore the surrounding villages but we spent most of our time within the hotel as it was so relaxing and calm to chill there.

Small family hotel, friendly staff, close to the beautiful beach. We have booked quite spaceous apartment which was just by the pool. Rooms were always clean, bed was comfortable, wifi and A/C in our apartment worked well. There is a possibility to take COVID test in the hotel´s premises which is a great advantage these days. Guests were mainly from Poland, Czech Republic or Russia, mostly with kids. Entertainment was twice a week.

This is hands down the best place I've ever stayed and best value for money. The staff are like my new family, the most caring and lovely people who treat you like genuine family. Amazing facilities, beautiful apartments in an amazing central location. We had the perfect holiday, and a massive part of that was this hotel. Couldn't recommend more! Ευχαριστώ πολύ

A beautiful resort 15 min from the airport, 20 min from the city center. Super convenient for families with kids. Gouves is a cute little village- yes there are stores, restaurants but the beach is an average one. We explored the local area (Malia) and found fabulous beaches around. AgiosNikolaus is an hour drive. Rental car is a must. Overall a fabulous experience.

Friendly and approchable staff, good location close to the airport and the beach - easy to find. Bright side of the hotel is the amount and quality pools and jaccuzzi for some rooms (option available to book). Food and drinks can be taken whenever you want. Also good feature - they have separate towels set for pools and you can take them to the beach, too.

Martin and Zuzana are fantastic hosts. The place is very big and nice. The kitchen and also the entire place is very well equipped - we had coffee capsules, water in the fridge, and even detergent for the washing machine. Got very good recommendations from Martin and would definitely consider booking again if visiting eastern Crete.

The room was very clean, with modern facilities, the kitchen was fully equipped and this was a big plus since we travel with our two years old son. There is a great sea view from the balcony and parking is available near the accomodation. The location is near restaurants, a few sandy beaches and supermarkets.

Reception staff absolutely cheerful and supportive, our chauffeur was pleasant elderly man; exceptional. Location of hotel is brilliant, directly opposite the beach with lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. The food was same almost every day but most at times, delicious. Well seasoned meats and fish.

Good location, just next to the beach; Good food variety, great pools,, comfortable room + terrace. Good entertainment for kids in the evenings, though quite repetitive, but also for adults. Overall a very positive experience for what all inclusive is, very convenient for families with toddlers.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Maria and her team made us feel very welcome. Our room was a good size with a private patio. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the pool area was very well maintained. 10/10 I would definitely visit again.

convenient location to reach Heraklion airport : cs 1/4 hr drive only ( contrary to 2+ hrs drive from hotel we were staying). facility clean ; friendly staff ; great selection of food to choose from for breakfast.

Nice apartments, new, spacious and clean. Very friendly and helpfull owner - Sonia, who made sure we have the nicest experiences in Crete. Sea at your footstep, everything you need is nearby.
