Situated 2.1 km from Skinos Beach, Lazaretto Palace offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a bar and accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. A little gem -- Beautiful location, gorgeous view from the balcony, and a small swimming pool. This little hotel is just a few meters/yards from the bright blue harbor. And perched at the edge of the town's main row of restaurants and shops. Couldn't be more convenient: You get to be right in the little port town but also have a pool and a beautiful view. The little pool terrace and the room's balcony have nothing between them and the harbor but a single strip of road. That road is the main street into/out of Vathy, so maybe it would be busy in high season, but in June it was still quiet and nice. Amazing views from the room's balcony: you feel like the harbor is right at your feet. View of blue water through big windows of the little dining room -- is like a Hopper painting. The pool is small, but gorgeous for a soak after a hot day of walking. Small staff is friendly and accommodating: when they learned that I'd miss breakfast next day for early ferry departure, they packed a small box-lunch for me to take along instead.
