It must have been designed by an architect. Everything was functional, and the equipment was of high quality. Entry to both the building and the studio was very simple, using a digital code (not a mechanical one). The studio is located right in the center. The internet was excellent. The price was one of the most affordable on Booking.com. I had no contact with the owner because there was no need. Friendly and attentive personnel. Continental breakfast. Location outside Komotini. At 10mins by car to the center of Komotini. At about 25-30mins to Paralia Fanari, Paralia Aigiros, Paralia Mesis.
