Breakfast was a fixed menu and no choices. They did offer plenty in that menu.
The beach and surroundings were great as was the water. There is a water taxi nearby to take you to the different beaches as well as into the town which is a hilly walk of about 3 km. Water taxi is 5 euros for the day on and off all day.

Loved the care the owner put into the apartment thinking of everything you might need even three types of coffee! Breakfast was well above average in choice and owner provided access to food in your own fridge. Provided welcome wine and snacks as well. Balcony lounge area was boutique quality.

Katerina was an absolute gem of a host! She offered to pick us up at the port, which we didn't think we needed at first with it being so close by. Low and behold, there was a sizable hill on the way, so we're very glad she did. She helped us find e-bikes, which made getting around really fun and easy. The property is absolutely lovely, in a perfect location near the main part of town.

The host picked up front the ferry and showed us around.
Spectacular seaview from the balcony.
Quiet location, close to the main beaches.
The room was very clean and the building was well maintained.
There is also a drinks/snacks machine available - a big plus given the fact that the nearest shop is in the village.
Everything was as expected - a big thank you to the host (Adonis).

Amazing place to stay in Koufonisia! We had a wonderful experience. Sofia runs this place with so much positive energy, attention to detail and hospitality. She'd show up with delicious food surprises, for example home made spinach pie, desserts, ice cream and fruit bowls. Overall service and cleanliness was amazing and the location was ideal, close to restaurants and beaches while maintaining a feeling of privacy and escape. Highly recommended!

It’s a beautiful island with fantastic beaches. Best time to visit would be September or June if you want a quieter holiday. The coast is flat so you can cycle quite a bit. There are regular boats to the beaches - an all day ticket costed 2.50€.

Hop on hop off to kato koufonisia and other beaches of the islands for 10 euro per day. Friendly people all around. Fresh fish of top quality and selection We rented a scooter that has proven to be a necessity. There are also electrical assisted bikes. Food prices at taverns in general are acceptable. I thought it would be quieter but it appears that Koufonisia has become more popular. We had to go to Kato Koufonisia almost everyday of our stay just to have a quiet and relaxing beach time. The hike was easy, a bit more tiring from the heat but it's worth it.

Beautiful island and sea is just amazing!i stayed 3 nights whilst travelling the Cyclades. I recommend 3-6 nights here unless you're not too bothered about shopping or a lively destination. This is perfect for a short stay if a solo traveller

Very small island. You can walk it. Furthest beach is 1 hour and a half scenic walk along the coast passing many other beaches. The port is the only town on the island. It has a nice ‘chora’ with surprisingly many restaurants and shops. Town is very clean with beautifully paved roads. Very much an upmarket feel to it, but no upmarket attitude, which is a plus. Quiet place. Not for party animals.

The host picked us from the ferry port and also dropped off our luggage- however if you don't have that much luggage you can totally walk to and from. The room was delightful, the beds were comfortable, cleaning and fresh towels everyday. They also have E-bikes for rent. The hotel is walking distance from great restaurants and the beach! Additionally, the villa has a big veranda with sea view which is ideal for a group of friends or family for breakfast, dinner or a late drink. Koufonisia is an excellent choice for summer holidays and the villas make the trip even more enjoyable.

Our room was in the first floor and the views were amazing... The sunset, the sea... You can see all the entire island from the terrace.
